I’ve been using these tape in extensions for a few months now, and the hair is still in great condition. The hair is really silky and they blend so well you can’t even see them at the Root. I’ve tried lots and lots of extensions and these are by far my favorite. And to top it off, they have great customer service. Ones that actually respond and are helpful if you have any issues that need to be resolved.

I purchased hair extension T8/60 which was a faulty colour and they admitted it was a faulty batch. The packaging was lovely but the hair was poor quality and green grey tinge not as advertised. After many emails they agreed I should send it back to a Chinese address. The post office said a lot of chinese companies do not collect from customs when you return. I have very bad experience with chinese sellers they never do the right thing. They try to negotiate and not give you full refund. So I sent back as requested and then also went to paypal. Paypal wanted me to send to a different address in America but I could not as already sent to address Yilite told me and declined refund. Told me I have to get back from company as sent to their address. What is the point in buyer protection. I paid a lot of money. I followed the process sent it back and now have no goods and no refund. Very bad service and poor quality. BUYER BEWARE do not purchase from YILITEHAIR .

I am absolutely over the moon with those extensions. I have been supported with colour match and it is spot on! The product arrived very quickly, with continued communication with support centre over the messenger. Quality is very good and after wash they blended in and feel soft and shiny to me. I will definitely continue with this brand. Also let me just mention the tape is my best choice as previously I was getting itchy scalp and this time with this brand not even once also it’s so thin and pretty invisible. It is worth a try, I am sure you won’t regret! ;)

Just wow! Recently tried these extensions and they are fabulous absolutely seamless you can’t see them and you can barely barely feel them. The quality of the hair is also extremely good. Awful! The colour is nothing like online, it’s cheap and stripy! The actual hair fit is also completely different to advertised! Despite offering easy returns, they asked loads of questions and for me to send photos, all of which I sent, then have ignored me!! I am taking this further! Do not use this company they are a scam!

I ordered custom blue and pink from this company. The customer service was great. I wasn’t sure about the colors so they re colored them and took pictures inside and outside to show the colors. I just placed my second custom order. I also order regular blonde tape ins too.
