Be careful. After converting one document and paying 1 dollar, because they write that the price is only 1 dollar, you become a subscriber without consent and without knowing it and you pay a monthly fee without even knowing it. They refunded money quickly, but I suggest they fix the page so that people aren't charged without their consent.

Biggest Scam yet!
Biggest Scam yet! The service is advertised as free but later on asked for a $1 one time fee which I paid to be able to download the document. A week later, i have been charged $42 as part of a subscription that I never signed up for! Unacceptable and completely unethical

Beware, tricked into subscription
The service worked, but advertised as free and was not free. I had no choice but to pay the small amount, then it somehow signed me up to a subscription I wasn't aware of until I saw the email in junk box. So overall a scam I wouldn't recommend.

Zero stars! Biggest scam ever! The transcription was completely worthless — it only captured the first four words and then charged me €1 to download that nonsense. Even worse, it automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription without me knowingly agreeing to it. In my opinion, this is extremely misleading and unacceptable business practice. Stay away from this provider!

The old subscription trap
I was also caught by the "subscription trap." Something I consider to be a subscription scam if the payments aren't refunded. For ZENDOCS info, so that they don't have to ask TrustPilot, my email address is peterhardingroberts at gmail.com. I needed one document merged and paid £1 for it on June 29th. Not missing a trick, they then charged me £29.99 on July 6th (exactly 7 days later), then another £29.99 on August 3rd. So, merging one document cost me not £1, but £60.98. If the £59.98 is refunded, I will confirm that on TrustPilot, and I won't raise a scam complaint with my credit card provider, NatWest. Subsequent to the response from Zendocs they did contact me direct. They told me that they are now "under new management" and would refund the £59.98. They have now done so in full and have cancelled my "subscription". Honour is restored. I express the hope that the new management will end the sharp practice of using the subscription trap. I have raised my reviews from one star to three because they put things right, but it should not have happened in the first place.

Beware of the subscription trap
Beware of the subscription trap. Once in a blue moon I need a photo reduced in size and the last time I did I went on the web and used a company called Tinyjpg. Today was the second time I needed that service-imagine the time between solar eclipses- and so I googled Tiny again and up popped Zendocs. I had no idea that when I paid for the one off I was being lead into the subscription nightmare. However, I got an email from Zendocs with the dreaded word which is now like a red rag to a bull. I immediately got on to the company and cancelled, a thing you can do if you do it within the 7 days of your "Free Trial"

Subscription i never agreed to
Initially, I thought it´s just one payment (1€) for one transcript. What can go wrong? Apparently a lot. The preview of the transcript seemed quite good. After I bought it I was very disappointed. The transcript did not meet the standards required for my work, whatsoever. Then a week later, a receive the bill for my 30€ subscription to which I never agreed nor did I subscribe to anything. I immediately contacted customer services. They were very quick and helpful. It was probably AI, though.
