Wish I had read other reviews before entering into 1 this scam like 1 week, reel you in 1.99 seemingly low cost trial as needed to get a pdf quickly . 7 days later 39.99 euro charged to card with no reminders which I disputed immediately and company refused to refund. So I paid 42 euro for 1pdf
They maintain this info is clear at point of sale. It is not. I am currently pursuing charge back with my cc company and will pursue via EU consumer rights as well as shout about this every place I can . This sharp practice is no way to treat a customer

They know how to get your money. They hook you in with the cheap one week access. You pay the small amount without making an account then you are charged 39.99 a week later, but you can't cancel the subscription because you don't have an account. I contacted them to cancel my subscription and i'm still waiting for a response or even an acknowledgment of a received enquiry.

I signed in to try at £1.99 Then 6 days later £39.99 went from my account I never signed anything to start a monthly payment and never would have done As a pensioner with limited money this is a lot of money to loss I did email them and they said they would not repay my money I have googled this and everyone is entitled 14 days at least to change your mind if you sign and agreement They then said that they sent me an email about the £39.99 payment They never sent me anything This is a mean way to run a business it is virtual scamming people Just work it out If everyone thinks they have just paid £1.99 then £39.99 comes out of there account 6 days later Yes they can then phone their bank and stopped them paying out anymore money but just think how much they are conning people out off If you have a good reliable business would you need to do this??? I am absolutely disgusted with this company God help anyone starting to use it BEWARE!!!!I am updating my review today as I have received emails from the company again and they still don’t see that the way they treat people is wrong So many people on Trust Pilot have all said the same thing about this company However they still don’t think they are wording things wrongly and confusing people into parting with their money They obviously have no morals at all Still while they are getting people to part with at least £39.99 before they realise the money has gone out of there account they will continue Well I have lost my money so will definitely have to try to cut back this month if possible But a company like this obviously do don’t care at all Please please read carefully before you deal with them !!!!

BEWARE of this underhand company that operates illegally in non-compliance with their obligations under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers (DMCC) Act 2024g
Further to my initial review and Zoomconverts Reply, I contacted them on the e-mail address that they provided, on more than one occasion but like my previous e-mails to them they were not replied to. This company is operating illegally in conyravention of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers (DMCC) Act 2024 whch applies to them even though they are an American Company since they are seeking business in the UK. I attend to report them to the appropriate authorities but in the meantime unless you want a lot of hassle to claim their illegal charges but via your credit card provider, steer well clear. Would be zero stars if that was an option. Extremely dodgy company that operates on the boundaries of fraud. Deal with them at your peril. Signing up for a week will incur hidden invisable charges very soon afterwards, product in my case didn't work, whereas other free products I then tried on the internet did, their technical services/customer services shall never contact you, leaving you to have to recover the deceptive unconsented charges from your credit card provider. As close to a scam as you will ever get. Don't go near them if I was you, although I did unfortunately.

Took a subscription I didn’t sign up for from my account twice. I am a full time student so I requested a refund as this equates to £80. My request was denied despite not having access to the account or having logged in or even used it and despite this causing me financial distress. Beware as this is how they make their money.

I paid for a one-week subscription and the day after the subscription expired, they took a further and unauthorised £39.99 from my credit card.
I tried emailing their support three times during the following week requesting a full refund, with no responses.
I finally contacted my credit card company and filed a fraudulent report. Amazingly, the day after I filed the report, the full refund was back in my account, but still no contact from the company.
Would I use them again? Never. There are plenty of others around who are very responsive.
