Creality's Official Store rocks!
Creality's official store is complete, thorough, and has the same (sometimes better!) prices as Amazon and other online outlets. I especially liked the chat feature, where I got quick answers to compatibility questions for accessories. Shopping was easy, checkout was secure, and shipping was fast. The place to go for Creality 3D printer products and accessories.

Great product - Would buy again
I've always wanted to get into 3-D printing but I was a bit intimidated by the amount of work to research and build the printer and then to learn how to design and print. After much researching I decided to get an Ender-3 V2 when it was in pre-order. I've been 100% satisfied with the product. Not only was it easy to assemble and got me up and going quickly, but it's been able to be a great base for me to upgrade it as I've become more knowledgeable.

Fast even with free delivery
I had been waiting for the Ender 3 V2 to come back into stock in the UK warehouse (thanks to Brexit no-one can ship cheaply from Europe any more). When it was available for pre-sale (the day before they were due to arrive) I placed an order on the Tuesday evening. Despite a confusing dispatch notification email, the printer arrived in what appears to be perfect condition by DHL on the Thursday morning (less than 48 hours from order to delivery).
Excellent company that makes it easy to get into 3D printing
I found that Creality was the best choice for me when I decided to get into 3D printing. I researched many different brands and types of 3d printers before deciding on the Ender 3 V2. This is the first 3d printer that I have purchased and it has performed extremely well. Setup was straightforward and took maybe 30 minutes. This printer produced excellent quality prints right out of the box after a quick leveling. The printer is incredibly quiet and the loudest thing on it is the power supply fan. I would definitely recommend this printer for anyone looking to get into 3d printing. I've owned this printer for several months now and it has been great!
Amazing ender 3 pro and shop!
Amazing ender 3 pro. Fast shipping and everything works, apart from warped bed, but no worries: thats an easy fix! Install marlin manual bed leveling and you are done!

Less than two weeks!
Ordered my first printer directly from them no it arrived in just a few weeks. Everything was well packaged and the assembly was straight forward and easy. My Ender 5 Pro is a work horse. After I had it for a few months, I ordered an ender 3 V2 and had even better experience with that. Any time I have had a question I can message them through Facebook and get a response within a few days if not sooner.

I have 3 Creality printers that I purchased directly from Creality and all three of them work great. My first printer CR10-S5 is one of my favorites with huge print area of 500mm x 500mm, it’s been running 24 hours a day for a few months now with no issues. Couldn’t imagine owning any but a Creality printer.
I love Creality stuff
I love all my Creality stuff, I have good experiance from there printers and overall there support is good but I have two glassplate to my CR 6-SE that have damaged on the surface that they don't want to replace for me.
More Than Satisfied
More Than Satisfied I was looking to upgrade a particular part for my Creality Ender 3 3D-printer. I purchased the printer through Amazon, thus this was my first interaction with Creality directly. I don't have a single complaint about the entire experience. The website was easy to use, and I had no problems placing my order. I was expecting to wait much longer than I did for the package to arrive from overseas. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived so quickly (maybe 10 days from China). The order was well packaged and protected inside. It was a great value for all the parts and extras I got. It even came with all the tools I needed for the entire installation. Everything worked as it was supposed to. My first and totally satisfying experience with Creality. I will be ordering more from them (would like the Wi-Fi box and upgraded main board). As an owner of one of their printers for about 18 months now, I can attest that they make quality, solid products for some of the best values on the market. If you're interested in getting into 3D-printing, it's a great place to get started.

Creality is one of the best 3d printing companies. No one comes close. I know that I can leave my Ender 3 Pro printing overnight, and wake up to see a successful print. They have the best & most innovative technology. I am a huge supporter of the ender series printers.
Never again deal with unscrupulous company.
Cancel and Refund is a joke. They will lie to you that the shipment has been dispatched already (Canada stock) which is impossible to believe after only a few hours after check out. There is no local stock and they will tell you this is being fulfilled by Amazon. Opened a PayPal claim yet looks like PayPal is going to bed with this company! From their website: "If you are not paid yet, you can cancel the order in the backstage your own or contact us to cancel. If you already paid and the product not ship, you misorder or not want anymore, and you can contact service AT creality3d.cn to cancel for the refund. If the product already ship, you don't want or delay so many days because of any reason, please kindly contact service AT creality3d.cn first or chat page! As direct reject without notifying us most time cause return missing or huge express fee even customs fee which more than the printer itself, we will reply you with the solution very soon, please note. The refund usually will make for you right away if both sides clear settled."

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Paid more than 200 euros for a printer a week ago, with a promise of 7 days delivery from Poland and they not only didn't shipped my printer but also don't even reply to my messages. The chat ask me all the time to send an email and both emails don't even reply to me! THIS GUYS ARE SCAMMERS. Most of the stuff they sell have no warranty at all and they are even selling stuff that are not in stock. Some people get lucky but most people are not getting their printers or refund. Now I have to contact my bank to report this fraudulent behavior from this company
3D printer HELL!
I ordered a simple "bowden tube" for my 3D printer. While ordering I selected Czech as company to ship from, as it was closest to me (I made this decision based on environmental concerns). The company however shipped my package from China anyway. My package has been stuck at Luxembourg sorting center, I live in the Netherlands. When shipped from Czech, this wouldn't have happened. Now, 3 weeks later, the seller tells me that my package is being held at a local post office (in Amsterdam, I live in Groningen 2,5h by car away) and tells me to contact the post office without providing any addition information about what post office, where it is located or how to contact them. I've been having contact with the helpdesk for over 2 weeks with only negative feels from my side. These people are incapable of doing their job.
Purchased a Creality CR6 se printer…
Purchased a Creality CR6 se printer through Kickstarter back in May. They happily took my money, we are now in October and they still have haven't delivered however they are now selling them elsewhere!! I was supposed to receive this item before they went on sale elsewhere hence buying through Kickstarter. I have tried contacting them over 5 times but they just ignore me. They have essentially stolen from me and do not care what so ever. Will never buy from these again!! So disappointed and hundreds of pounds out of pocket.
