Had some concerns following reviews found post purchase but all good so far
I have to admit to finding poor reviews within hours of my purchase and because of Chinese New Year email communication with vendor was poor so I had expected a very bad experience!
However, to be fair to CrealityOfficial, 3 of the 6 items ordered were delivered within 3 days with the other 3 delivered within a total of 6 days, which I don’t believe was too bad.
The printer seems to be functioning OK but have yet to try out the other items delivered this morning.
I may have been lucky, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and would give them another try in the future.
A star dropped due to poor email communication I’m afraid
Ordered on 6 Jan and delivered 12 Jan. Had some concerns when tracking ref lead to track718. Started digging and found bad reviews relating to track718 and creality3dofficial. However delivery was prompt. Goods were in perfect condition and I'm well pleased with the ender 3 s1pro performance.
I bought my self a Christmas gift on 24th Dec 2022. Printer arrived on Jan 3rd 2023. After assembly it will not level up and extruder will not melt PLA no matter how much adjustment was made. The support is completely useless. They tried to smooth talk me to reassemble and try. Then same thing over again. No real help. After one week. I asked for RMA and return label. No luck. They try to drive you out of 2 weeks of return window and then you have a big printer lying on your desk collecting dust. I wish I would have bought a different brand from Amazon. Never do business with this company.

I bought new Ender 3 S1 Plus from them, instead I received used printer with dirty and scratched nozzle, wear and scratches on the frame itself.

Scam artists. Bought from them on a Christmas promotion that included free shipping. They took my money. Sent shipping notice. A week later tell me that I have to pay them 20 dollars more or they won't ship. Avoid these people. Not worth the headaches. Edit... B.S.. treat customers like crap and then say that I don't exist. They tried to rip me off and now deny it. I could show you the conversation I had with them. Where they try to bribe me with filament that I don't need or want. I just wanted what I paid for without surprise fees. These people are not worthy of your business. Do what you want though. Scammers.

After contacting Creality after sales/customer service the laser I got is not for the ender3 pro only ender3 pro S1, though they advertise it for both and the CR10 what runs the same mother board 4.2.2 not a company to be trusted only interested in money, not to be recommended,the laser cannot be returned as 14 days has passed they said. Had problems with the printer from day one when I finally got an answer via email they had me take it apart over several days and finally sent out a new mother board. It fixed one problem but now I can't touch any of the metal parts while it's plugged in because of risk of electric shock and it seems to print intermittent. Now they will not even respond to my emails. I would definitely not buy from them again.
20/11/23 still not working getting contact with them now and being told to try different things but nothings working. The first time I managed to get them to mention refund is when they said it is now out of warranty so they will not refund. I now believe the amount of times I have had to take it apart has probably done more damage. Safe to say I will not be purchasing any more of there products, will go back to anycubic never had issues like this with them. Anyone want to buy a 3d printer for spares?

I have bought a ender 3 pro and it works I have bought the laser accessory the fitting don't fit in the board port like shown on official vid so I contacted customer service with a enquiry once direct, then by the sellers site through Amazon. Sammi responded but only to enquire if I had a code that began with cre to prove it was their product.I went on Amazon and made the same request through the sellers "Comgrow" customer service access but no reply as yet
So, I ordered the package on Tuesday and today, Friday it arrived and I was very pleasantly surprised. I mean, before I ordered the package, I didn't look at the reviews and I was already saying in my head that I wasn't getting ripped off and if I would have to give a chargeback, but still, I decided to wait and I was hoping that the package would arrive and it did. I was buying a BL Touch and had it shipped from the Czech Republic since I live in Slovakia and I could have just been lucky and another could have been unlucky but I don't think it's that bad. For me I am satisfied and I will not recommend you to shop there because I may have a different experience than you. It's such a lottery in my opinion. Since it's not Creality directly but a 3rd party reseller so shipping may take longer. The last thing I will say is that it works for me and I am satisfied.
Please dont buy from this scammers! I tried tl send an unopenend package (!!) back cause i decided to take a different model. First it took 3 weeks and many emails to get a return label. Then i sent the package back with their return labels and now im waiting for 8 weeks to get my money back! on every email i get the response „the package is under check at the warehouse“. What is this? I guess this 600€ are lost and i will never get them back. this is a joke. Dont buy from this scam company!!! i ordered from their official website in germany.

They still didnt removed the money, so i wrote an email to send me the printer back and i will keep it (to sell it on ebay). It took 2 days from my mail (that i will keep it) to get it delivered back. So the package was never in any "warehouse check" or something. After that, they wrote me to delete the 1 star review/rating here in trustpilot. Sure i will not do this. Trash company. Buy Anycubic guys -> better support and better Printer
The delivery took ages and after countless attempts to fix the and endless videos it still didn’t work. The thousands of faulty help videos also show that this product is utterly faulty.
This 3d printer brought me down to my knees as countless of hours have been wasted for the printer.
Take this is a warning DO NOT BUY THID PRODUCT OR ANYTHING FROM CREALITY! Don’t get scammed like I did
Absolutely appalling after sales customer service, My unit arrived with a damaged part, they responded once, I answered their question, They never replied again to sort the issue...Avoid.

Item arrived broke seller refused refund and lied to PayPal insisting on a return to china at a cost of over £2000 to myself. Never ever deal with this joke of a company. Don’t spend your money with this company I suggest find somewhere else to spend money as Creality just lies through their teeth to get what they want.
Customer support from Creality is non-existent. They refuse to answer emails.
A company of their size also does not need to release product via Kickstarter - another way they and Kickstarter have attempted to scam buyers.
Based on their lack of communication alone, avoid Creality and their products.
I requested a refund for my order a couple of hours after ordering it, and boy will they try at all cost to not give it to you. I basically requested to cancel my order, yet they still decided to ship my item as it was a "misunderstanding" from their side. Yet, they're refusing to pay for the shipping to return and a restocking fee. Never order from this website if you're gonna have second thoughts because they arent going to provide the help you need through their terrible customer service.
Creality CR6 SE worked for a few weeks then decided to go awry. No response from Creality (Official forum or email) or supplier (Box.co.uk). Seems their customer service is about as effective as my printer. Take your chances with this brand.
I ordered a printer bundle, with free filament, which they never supplied.
I ordered a printer bundle, and didn't get the free filament as offered. When I bought the printer it was with a free filament, and then I could add to that BL touch for extra cost. When I received the item, no filament was there. They then argued that the extra I chose and paid extra for was instead of the free filament, even though the order still showed free filament. They didn't honour it even when I showed them what it said on the order, only to my astonishment said they corrected the misleading information on their site. But they didn't see fit to correct my situation, where I in good faith was deceived by their misleading site. Their reaction to me, was sorry for the inconvenience (present was given and cannot be used until we order filament) and that I was mislead. If when they are so obviously wrong they cannot correct it, I don't hold my breath for any grey areas. Had it not been a present I cannot take back, I would return it and try my luck elsewhere.
I was sent the wrong product. My order clearly stated what I ordered, and it was clearly not what was sent. The first reply I received from customer support asked if I would be ok with just taking the wrong item and calling it a day. I said no, I wanted to get the item I paid for. The next response was that I could keep the wrong item, and they would issue me a $10 credit so I could re-purchase the items I ordered. Unfortunately reordering the items I ordered would cost ~$100 and the $10 credit is a laughable solution. I should not have to pay $90 extra dollars to get the product I ordered. At no point did customer service offer to correct the issue by either refunding my money or offering to send me the product I ordered. That is the only acceptable solution when you have not delivered what was promised and paid for.
When their printers work well, they work really well. When they don't they can be an absolute pile of garbage and can easily become unusable unless you are very experienced with 3d printers. If you get a technical problem and require support you can forget it, their customer service and support systems are virtually non-existent. If they do respond to your queries it is often an incomprehensible answer.
Creality is a scammy company.
I have 3 Creality printers but all of them borke down at some point and the customer service was garbage. I bought an ender 6 they promissed me that it comes with a meanwell supply, but it came with some horible chinease ripoff. When I demanded they send me a replacemment they said that "the meanwell is not comaptible with this machine"
I have an ender 5 plus it came with a broken stepper and they sent me the wrong replacement part FOUR times!!!! They also sent those parts from china so each part took a month to ship meaning that my machine was unusable for 4 months. At the end I just ordered a stepper from a CNC shop and that worked simultaneously but it did cost me significantly more.
If you think PayPal will refund you for the damage well you are wrong, Creality will just tell you to send the machine back at your cost and they might pay you back if it arrives... Well don't do that if you don't want a lot of headache and your money lost.
They lie, they pretend not to understand issues and they save money on parts that are essential.
If you are not an engineer or a tech savy person DO NOT BUY from them.
If you are not prepared to rebuild these machines and spend potentially $200+ dollars on them again DO NOT BUY from Creality.
Also if anyone is interested in a class action lawsuit against them count me in!
