Not paying VAT in UK
So this is the official site, the link is from Creality.com but I ordered from crealityofficial.co.uk and had an order confirmation from creality3dofficial.com my issue apart from service is that they are not VAT registered and the stock is sold from the UK distribution centre.Can't imagine they are selling less than 80K a year?

I bought a 3d scanner: Creality CR-SCAN01 which is non-functional (Software/Hardware). Wasted $500!!
Ender3 - works better than the more expensive 3d printer
I bought an Ender3 Pro from a retail site on a lighting deal, so I didn't expect much. I already have an AnyCubic Vyper that I am still waiting to get repaired, so my expectations were not very high. The Ender3 took some time to put together, but for the price, not complaining. Once all the pieces together and checked the voltage and the connections, ran test prints. Worked great!! and has been working for the 3 weeks pretty much non-stop, except for upgrading the motherboard and screen to v2 (best thing to do BTW, a lot quieter). I would say that I am one of the lucky ones to get one that does not have problems and better than AnyCubic. Knock on wood.

I order a new Ender 6 printer on the 26/07/2021.... 3 weeks on the printer has not arrived and nobody at Creality can be bothered to respond to my support request for over a week. Poor service, no communication

Update on Jun 12,2021 I got a replacement main board from Creality that fixed the issue which took about 1 month to get it, install and tested. I still stand by my comments below of not buying directly from Creality due to them not honoring their return policy and the return shipping fee. Buy from local source if you were buying Creality products. Do not buy their products directly because there is no support and they do not honor their return policy. I bought an Ender 5 Pro and it was DOA. I was asked to ship the item back to China even though I bought the product and the product was shipped from Canada. I was also asked to pay for the shipping back to China to get the refund. I am willing to ship back the product but according to their return and warranty page, they should be covering the return shipping back because it is the printer itself that is DOA. They are horrible to deal with. If you like Creality products buy from local stores that provide supports and use CC. Paypal just says it is not their problem.
Tech Support = No Support
I am new to 3D printing and recently purchased an Ender 3 Pro. I got the BLTouch v3.1 and then the 4.2.7 board. Everything worked great until I installed the 4.2.7 board. The BLTouch went wonky so I contacted customer support via FB Messenger. They replied within a few minutes and had a tech look over my video and comments. The tech's response was to follow the installation instructions. I had reinstalled everything at least twice by that point, but I took the techs advice and watched the videos that were suggested (and I had already watched multiple times but didn't resolve the issue) only to arrive at the exact same spot I had been at all day. When I tried to contact them again via Messenger, NO RESPONSE. Google has been of more assistance than they were.

The printer makes very detailed prints and I would give a higher rating, but after having it fir less than 6 months, the primary touch screen that operates the printer has lost functionality, such that portions of the screen no longer accept the finger tap, making the printer impossible to use. We are working with Creality, but warning to future buyers! We were told it is easier to get service on a printer you buy directly from Creality, rather than Amazon. After nearly a month, we are now being sent to the US branch of Creality and still don’t know when we might have a working printer... So, the printer worked great until it broke, and now it’s been incredible challenging to get the unit fixed... I’ll write a revised review once the printer is working again...
I brought the 3 in one printer
I brought the 3 in one printer. This product actually really sucks, it does 3 things but does them all badly, the laser engraving can be good but there is no way to predict where it will engrave, as soon as u turn it on the laser turns on so will ruin you piece. The cnc is advertised as being able to carve 3d designs, which is a total light all it can do it carve out lines 1mm deep and it does it terribly, was very upset as this was the main reason i brought the thing, tried to return it during the 30 day return and creality just refused to take it back or give me any money back. there are loads of software to create great tool paths for cutting or engraving your design but this machine is not compatible with any and you are stuck with crealites terrible software. the 3d Printing is probably the best part but it can be a little inaccurate with small pieces, i used the 3d printer a whole of 3 times, then the filament got stuck inside, while trying to make it print the cable that attaches to the 3d print module fell off (because the screws to hold it in don't work) and the whole thing sparked and almost caused a fire, now when ever I try to use it I get a warning about preheating and i am scared it will blow up! i just desperately want my money back :( they can have this piece of s*** back.

only reviewing to tell the truth. all reviews made from this company come with the promise of a coupon resulting in inaccurate biased paid reviews. e5 has crooked belts in the rear ender 3 has belts that run into corners both sides. the ender 5 i received was a house fire out of box and, not up to code. all the wires going into the terminals were soldered. had i not checked vibrations or solder deforming in the terminal would have either fried the board or worse. any upgrades for these machines on their website are actually just fixes to pay for later. out of box yes they print after qc but only suited to slow speeds due to the engineering of the x axis being made of 3 pieces prone to pvioting and, misaligning overtime. always check the spacers some units have wide out of spec tolerances that mounts can shift on as a result as well.
I am very happy with the Ender 3 V2
I am very happy with the Ender 3 V2. It came very well packed, and with all parts accounted for and in perfect condition. Assembly was not for the easily intimidated but I feel that to be true for all 3D printers - it absolutely helps to follow some YouTube videos. I have been getting excellent prints from day one after getting it all dialed in. This was my first 3D printer, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I hope to progress to larger machines and resin printing in the future, but for a first printer you can’t beat the ease and support coupled with the fantastic results the Ender 3 V2 provides. Enough machine there to do what you need, with just the right amount of upgrades and tinkering to look forward to but aren’t needed in order to get good prints. Biggest tip I can give to other newbies is clean the bed off with alcohol between prints - otherwise it doesn’t matter how level the bed is - prints won’t stick. At least, that was my biggest frustration so far, and a minor one at that. Who would have guessed alcohol IS the solution?

Can't fault these guys! I was super nervous reading some of the negative reviews here - and who knows maybe it will still come back to bite me in the future. But I was after the Ender 3 V2 and, shopping around, these were incredibly cheap (it felt too good to be true, adding to the sense of nervousness). I ordered two days ago. It's here, delivered, today. Came via DHL and told me with notifications when it was going to be delivered. Can only say this has lived up to my expectations. I nearly ordered via the more popular retail sites that promised delivery just as quick, but for a saving of at least 25% there's absolutely no reason not to go direct. I can only ponder whether other's experiences are in different countries (I was in the UK - where I was also dubious about impacts from Brexit), or the company has undergone a fundamental change in processes, or if some experiences are simply misdirected at this site? Who knows. If you're looking for some validation to buy from here, you'd certainly have mine.

The filament sensor stopped working and I contacted Creaity and within 3 weeks received a new switch.
Reliable and well priced
Reliable and well priced. Only down side I experienced was they were a bit slow. Products have all been excellent quality and well packaged. I highly recommend Creality.
Ender 3 V2: Mind Blowing
Absolutely fantastic product, along with friendly customer service and record breaking delivery time, buying from Creality was definitely the right choice to make, the quality of the prints is outstanding! I can't believe the value of this machine for such a low price.

Absolutely Horrid
After not being able to track my shipment for several weeks, and after getting it weeks past its supposed delivery date, customer service is horrid. After refusing to send me a missing part for nearly 8 months, they begrudgingly agreed after nearly a dozen emails. I have heard from others that they guilt trip customers trying to return defective products, giving me little reason to believe that my experience is anything other than normal. If you want to get product without an honored warranty and with zero after-sales support, shop here.

My Ender 3 pro performs great
My Ender 3 pro performs great and has never let me down. The ease of use and quality prints are a joy. The low price does not match the quality that the machine produces as I would expect a machine built this good would cost much more.
Great printer right out of the box
Great printer right out of the box, took 45 minutes from the time the delivery came to the time it was printing. every thing worked as promised if I have any complaint it is the cable routing some of the cables seem a little short, but that does not affect how it works. the software is easy to use and tweak for different filaments although a preset for petg would be nice. I have had it a for a while now and I have printed with it most days and have only have to re-level the bed a few times. Great experience would definitely buy another Creality printer.
