客服 = 虚拟助手

Today makes first week on product. Absolutely no follow up from their "medical" team, called several times and what I get are AI driven virtual assistants. Other folks using a different provider have been getting calls to check on their progress. I tried to cancel my subscription and mysteriously they can't confirm my birthday even though its on all the prescription bottles.

小心了！！！ 收钱倒是快，取消订阅时却一分不退。 两个月前我和客服代表Kerr沟通过。因为我的主治医生建议我停用所有GLP-1类药物，所以我取消了订阅。当时被告知会退款521美元。我大约在6月21日取消，之后又打了电话跟进，一个月后和另一位客服代表通话，他们说能看到退款应该已经发出但还没处理，说要给财务部门发消息。又过了一个月，今天是8月24日，我试着再打电话，结果被AI机器人接了，死活不给我转人工。

他们提前就处理了续订

他们总是提前把续药安排妥当，我完全不用去催谁。

这次发货比预期多花了一点时间…

这趟发货比我预期的慢了一点，物流信息也停了好一阵没更新。不过最后还是收到了，药也在里面，所以给5星，但等待期间我确实反复刷了好几次页面。

客服不靠谱

选了三个月计划。他们重点宣传的是选择三个月或六个月计划而非每月发货能获得的月度折扣。这就是他们骗人的地方：一次性收取整个计划费用而非按月扣款。结账后你才知道。我立即取消订单，但客服完全沉默。然而他们迅速通过药房处理并发货，尽管我持续回复要求取消。TrimRx随后说，'抱歉，不能取消。药房已经在处理订单了。'我又告诉他们停止。取消订单。不要发货。第二天他们还是发了！这是一家黑心公司。他们有充足时间取消订单却无视我的请求，然后拿'太晚了'当借口。考虑起诉。

处方审核期间和发货后我都收到了更新。月度费用 upfront 就透明，不用一直找优惠券。

药直接送到我家了…

把药送到我家比每个月跑药店容易多了。

我还在为这里的购买付款！TrimRX分两笔转走了1000美元，否则会在我的账户上被标记。然后我发邮件、打电话、和代表沟通。接着接到电话说他们会通过LemFi应用立即退款。我查看他们的邮件，上面写着这是Trim RX使用的在线可信网站。根本不是！他们拿走了我所有信息——银行卡、支票账户、电话号码、邮箱！全部！！！

通过门户下单很简单

通过门户订购很简单。之后药品就送到我家了。

千万别用这家公司！！

千万别用这家公司！！！客服糟糕透了！账单也糟糕透了！对这家公司说不出半点好，只有无数坏处。被收了921美元却只收到够一个月用的胰岛素。尝试理论甚至联系Better Business Bureau，结果一分钱退款都没有。别浪费钱。！！！

无良公司，搞欺诈套路，客服完全找不到人

IDo not do business with this company. I would give this business a 0/5 stars if possible. I attempted to order Wegovy from TrimRx on 08/11/2026 at ~10am EST. It was not clear from their website that they only offered compound semaglutide and, after discovering this almost immediately after placing the order, I called promptly at 10:40am EST on the same day and tried to cancel the order, which was supposed to be sent in 2 3-month shipments. TrimRx initially refused to cancel the first shipment claiming it was already being processed despite their website clearly saying it hadn't even been sent to pharmacy yet, and they said I would be refunded for the 2nd shipment. Then at 1:35pm EST on the same day, a representative from the TrimRx billing department called me and informed me that what I was initially told was incorrect, and that he sent the cancellation request for the full order to the pharmacy. However, the pharmacy still proceeded with fulfilling the order for the 1st shipment 36 hours later. Now, almost 2 weeks later, I still haven't received any refund at all from TrimRx, for either the first shipment or the 2nd shipment. And every time I attempt to call them, I am forced to chat with an AI agent with no option to speak to a live agent. I have both disputed the charge with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the BBB. I would absolutely recommend not doing any business with this company, because they're happy to take your money and will not give you a refund despite their commitment to do so. UPDATE: Note that after TrimRx responded to my review (see below), I called them at the number and talked to an agent, and it was an utterly unhelpful conversation. The service representative told me the exact same narrative that they've been telling me for over two weeks - the case has been "escalated to the billing department" and there's nothing they can do. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and the agent told me noke were available and it was no point because they would tell me the exact same thing the agent was telling me. So don't be fooled by TrimRx's response below where they pretend to be helpful. It's just a ride to save face.
