The way everything was explained to me made since and the stategy that I need to know in order for my business to grow was a plus and the questions I asked were definitely a concern and was positive step moving forward because if you don’t ask questions they can’t help you and be open with them because they encounted pretty much every scenario

My experience with Jazmin Snow and 1800Accountant has been disappointing. Before I signed up, Jazmin called and emailed me almost every day to encourage me to purchase a membership. She assured me that if I ever had questions and the support team didn’t respond, I could call her anytime. Shortly after becoming a customer, I texted the support team and received no response. I then called Jazmin, only to be told she wasn’t available. It was a completely different experience from before I signed up, when she would answer my calls and proactively reach out. Afterward, I looked through other customer reviews and noticed many people had the same complaint—that communication drops off once you become a customer. Unfortunately, that was my experience as well. I’m glad I realized this early before moving forward any further. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Danielle did a great job explaining the pros and cons of choosing to work with an accountant from the start of my business. Though she was speaking way too fast and over my head, she was open to my feedback and adjusted her speed to meet my needs. We did not feel like she was "hard selling" us though she did a great job at highlighting the benefits of working with your company. She responded to my questions promptly and thoroughly when I contacted her with further questions.

The questions he asked were good, but I think it would have been better if the questions had been sent in advance because I would have been able to prepare. As an example, he asked me what I was going to make and I did a 12-month calculation based on revenue projections going from July 2026 to July of 2027. Now, I am not sure if the pricing he provided is fiscal year end or calendar year end.
