Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally appreciate the very affordable prices, diverse and stylish frame options, and great prescription accuracy. Many people also mention that the shipping is frequently fast and the new glasses fit comfortably on their faces.
However, some customers also noted frustrating issues with incorrect prescription lenses or damaged items arriving in the mail. A few other people also felt that the glass lenses were difficult to keep clean and delivery times took much longer than expected. Reviewers occasionally experienced poor customer communication and persistent problems with receiving proper tracking information as well.

I bought 3 pair of prescription sunglasses from ABBE. All 3 of them had the right temple just fall off after a very brief time wearing them. I contacted ABBE and they stated they would be happy to replace them but never did and stopped responding. It’s unfortunate as I like the glasses and wrote a nice review and when the problem occurred I gave them a chance to remedy the problem but they did not.

Exceeded my expectations! Perfect fit and script right out of the package. Quality is great. I don't buy glasses often, as I favor contact lens, these glasses are high quality..frames w springs, crystal clear glass and fit so well. Happy customer! I did have concerns when ordering, yet all wonderful! Pricing awesome too!!
I'm always impressed by ABBE eyewear. My son is very hard on his glasses and breaks them, so having affordable glasses is a lifesaver. I've ordered multiple glasses for him and myself, the prescription has always been accurate. I have no-line bifocals and at these prices I can buy a couple pairs plus sunglasses for less than my optometrist charges!
