I attempted to purchase round-trip tickets for 4 adults from SeaTac to London Heathrow. They were unable to actually procure the tickets at this price asking for another $600. I refused and asked for my money back. They have been promising to return my money ever since but never have.
A five-star service for a reason!
I lost my baggage at the airport and reached out to their team for assistance. They immediately took ownership of the situation, contacted the airport's Lost & Found department, and stayed connected with me for nearly three hours until my baggage was located.
Their dedication, patience, and commitment to helping me during a stressful situation were truly exceptional. This level of customer service is rare, and I couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommended!
If, I have to be honest I decided to read reviews of Adam Vacations after I placed my order for my tickets and I didn't like them. So, I called to cancel the order for my tickets, but they wanted to hit me with a $200+ cancellation fee. I decided to stick with them and wait for 24hrs. as they requested to get my tickets from the Airline and to my surprise within an hour I had my tickets. My faith was restore and I will deal with them again.
DO NOT do business with this company. My experience was a complete nightmare. I had major issues throughout the process and would not recommend them to other buyers. Make sure you do your research before purchasing from them.
Well, I have a cruise with Royal Caribbean. There was a reduction in price for a cabin upgrade and I wanted to see if I could get the cheaper price, I booked it and payed a 500 deposit.. I looked up for a number to contact RC.i saw a number that said RC costumer service.i called it, and got a person that said he could upgrade but my original booking was non refundable. He proposed that he would change my original reservation to a refundable then cancel the booking and I could keep the new booking. All the time during this I was under the impression that he was with RC. This is where it got odd. Read the following his email is regarding Reservation #7442224. During our review, we identified that a duplicate reservation was created. To proceed with the cancellation and refund process, the existing reservation must first be upgraded from a non-refundable fare to a refundable fare.
Upgrade Amount Required

Total Refund Amount Approved: USD $5,267.20
Refund Processing Timeframe

Actual posting times may vary depending on banking institutions, card issuer policies, weekends, holidays, and statement closing dates.thinking I am with RC I rolled with it.I got wondering when, after it was all done he said it would be charged as Adam’s.well after a few hours , I decided to try RC again. Only this time it was the right number, and they were unaware of any changes or who Adam’s was, so they quickly did a change for me. I then called What then realized was a travel company, and demanded my payment be voided, which is the claim, and received a email and call to confirm. So I am waiting to see if I get it. Mind you I should have been smarter, and they never said they wee RC, but never let on they weren’t.so at two stars now, but could change if I see quick response for refund.
Someone called me at 9:00pm and asked if I received a confirmation email. I said I had, then they sent me this link for a customer service review, then repeatedly pushed me to fill out the form immediately with him on the phone.
So here’s the review.
Honestly, their customer service is good, but the same flights you can find on Google that are still available, they will call you and say oh this flight has been canceled. Pay this xyz to get your flight ticket confirmation.
This is my second time traveling abroad other than being in the military Robert was helpful in assisting me with food choices and verified my departure arrangements there's alot of anxiety until your actually on the plane
Thanks for your help and patience
This company is known for hidden charges, refusing refunds and generally ripping people off. I have reported them to Trading Standards and so should everyone else who has been treated unfairly by them.
