SCAM - No tickets, no Refund
SCAM - I booked through this company 2/1/2026 and cancelled same day after receiving sketchy phone calls from this business about issues booking portions of my flight that could only be resolved if I upgrade portions of the flight. I immediately asked them to cancel my booking when they had this issue and they confirmed my cancellation via phone only. They charged me on 2/3/2026 and after many phone calls confirming it was cancelled and that they were issuing a full refund, but they never did. It is 6/4/2026, and as of the date of this review, there was no refund and no tickets issued.
The price was good for the tickets but….
The price was good for the tickets, and they did secure the tickets within the promised 24 hours. I did not feel comfortable with being called very soon after purchasing the tickets through Adam’s vacation. Trying to upsell me different tickets. Also being pressured into leaving a review like a hostage situation, was a little much. Overall the service was provided and it was just a slight hassle. Shout out to Alex.

BE AWARE — this was my experience. I booked an international flight for two people through this company after being redirected from Google Flights. After entering traveler/passport information and completing payment, I was immediately redirected to the homepage. I received no confirmation page, no booking reference, no itinerary, and no confirmation email (including spam folder). I called the phone number listed on the website multiple times and was placed on hold before the call disconnected. Because there was no confirmation, no booking details, and no response from customer service, I contacted my credit card company within minutes to dispute the pending charge and close my card as a precaution. This was a very stressful experience, especially when booking international travel. I strongly encourage others to research reviews carefully and proceed cautiously.
