I got 6 seperate pieces and I’m obsessed with the quality of all of them. They are beautiful!!! I had a few issues with ones of the clasps on one of my clickers and the team rectified the issue immediately. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & Product. Keen to buy more pieces in the future :)

The jewelry is so nice, first off. I get compliments on it all the time when I wear it. I had to exchange for a bigger bracelet and their customer service was really what made this a slam dunk review.
They are fast to respond, super polite, and walk you step by step on how to fix any issues you have. I had to send my old bracelet back, wait for it to be inspected, then sent the new one. The entire time I felt confident that they'd take care of me and they did!
The overall process did take a little longer than what you might expect from something like Amazon or a different online shop, but that's because this company isn't your average off the shelf company. So happy with my jewelry and I'll definitely be ordering again.

Amazing customer service! I purchased earrings from ask and embla and they were so cute and affordable, the one pair did end up becoming loose a little sooner than expected but the customer service was quick to help and offer a different product or refund and I went with the new product and they shipped it out quickly and stayed in contact the whole step of the way and i appreciate that!

Appart the great quality of the jewelry, I was amazed by the quality of the service. Had an issues with my sigil dome hanger, the clasped wasn’t working properly, and got a response and new parcels on the way before the end of the afternoon. I have ordered jewellery before from Ask & Embla and had a fabulous experience. Second time around not so lucky…
I ordered earrings as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I waited 4 weeks and they had still not arrived. I then received an email in my spam folder advising that they had been held at a local post office, and were being returned to sender.
Ask & Embla service reps were super friendly. Then I was advised I could pay an additional $US25 to have it sent back to me via secure shipping.
I advised I would prefer a refund, so i could purchase earrings from somewhere else for my daughter. Apparently they don’t refund.
Super upset and bitterly disappointed.

I recently made a purchase from this company for the first time. I really love all of the jewelry designs and was very pleased with everything I ordered. It wasn’t until I went to wear my new chain dungeon hangers that I realized I had a bit of a defect on one of them- it wasn’t staying closed. I messaged customer service and received a very speedy reply. I sent a quick photo and video of the defective hanger and they offered to send a new pair free of charge and shipping! Excellent customer service. Although I got a defective pair my first order it will not deter me from ordering again or recommending to others.
