He knew the product very well. He quickly determined the cause of the problem over the phone and proposed the best solution. All that despite the manufacturers replacement parts diagram being wrong. And, he was good rumored and courteous the entire time. Today, 24 later I have received the correct replacement part and it works perfectly.
