My LT 320 thermal scope failed and I needed a quick replacement. Chamberlain was fantastic in helping me select the best replacement scope, a Refurbished Thor 5 4-32x, 640x480 12 micron, Smart HD Thermal Rifle Scope w/ Gen 5 Sensor and setting up shipping. He then connected me to the specialist in warranty and repair to expedite the repair of my failed thermal scope. Could not ask for a smoother process in both sales and repair.
