At BARK, our mission is simple—make all dogs happy. That's why we're proud to be Co-Owned by the very pups we serve. It's a legal nightmare but we're running with it.

I have been with BarkBox for about 9 years and I have tried other subscriptions like this a few times, but always ended up coming back. Anytime I have an issue customer service handles it immediately by going above and beyond. Plus if your pup destroys a toy and you're not happy, they replace it for free!!
Great customer service. In the several years we’ve been subscribed, we’ve only had two toys that couldn’t hold up to my pittie and they were replaced promptly. Since the toys hold up so well, we have a gazillion around our house, but my dogs get so excited every time we get a BB delivery we stay subscribed. We will be washing and donating some of our older (in good condition) toys to a local shelter… if I can sneak them out of the house without my dogs noticing
