I was in a bad situation and when I spoke to Carson I felt he was sincere and he responded to my stress and questions. I have to say that God sent this man to me to help me resolve my issue and get back to my previous state in my life. there are some behaviors I wish to address: Kindness, listening skill, clarification of my concerns, and empathy for what I am going through. I cans't say enough about this man and how he behaves with someone who needs help. I Avery thankful for him and I thank God for his intervention with him. Marc is wonderful. At first I was skeptical and asked questions. In today’s world one needs to be sure. I prayed about my debt and totally realize I need to be SO MUCH more smart. Ken Cleaver was who I spoke with about my medical debt on my credit cards. He explained things clearly, and I felt heard when I spoke. This was a difficult decision for me, yet he made the actual process easy. He called today to check in since I began this process yesterday. I informed him I had been through the “Welcome Call”, and made my online portal. I finally feel like I can pay off my debt before I’m dead. I also don’t feel alone. I’m anxious because I’ve always paid my bills when due. I’m glad I can call him with any concerns I may have along the way.

Amazing costumer service. Ana was a great help. She helped me understand things about my finances that I was unaware of and we were able to come up with a solution plan that worked with what I needed to improve my debt to income. She answered every question that I had.

Working with Liz Martinez was a true pleasure. Even though I was nervous and not sure if I was making the right decision or not she was very helpful and understanding. She took the time to explain each step to me and to go over other options also. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured or coerced into anything.
