From start to finish my experience with Better Debt Solutions was phenomenal. Darcy Alsabti was the staff member that answered my call. She was very friendly and someone you felt very comfortable talking to about your situation which is very important. She explained very thoroughly the plan to me making sure I understood everything that would be happening. She had indicated that she would not be hanging up the phone until I did. All my questions were answered as she is very knowledgeable in her field. By the time we were ending our conversation she asked me if I felt much comer then I did when we first started our conversation. My answer was yes, so much comer. She is an asset to this company.
