I like the samples and brands. I often think there’s not enough description of certain products (their shade etc). There is also often products that are sold out—even when I immediately go in to choose.

Love most of the products and selections. Customer service is very good anytime i have issues they fix it right away. Website/app is always having issues for me and shipping is extremely slow for yearly membership holders.

Always a good experience with birchbox. Website easy to navigate, staff very helpful and quick with their response, and always a great variety of products. I ve been with this company over 10 yrs and never had a bad experience.

I have been a subscriber for years and the products just get better and better. Love the variety and quality.

I like that I can pick out what I want…

I like that I can pick out what I want every month. I like the quality of the products, and the opportunity to try out different things. I don’t like when the items I want are sold out before I even get a chance to make my selection. I also wish there were more items to select from on each page. It’s hard to pick one item when there are only 5 items on the page, and I don’t have a use for 4 of them, then the 5th one that I want is sold out.

I love being able to customize contents. Items are high quality and always pleased with my box.

I liked the old Birchbox better

I liked the old Birchbox better. I liked that I could go online and buy the larger container of products that were in the box. I've tried to purchase numerous items and you don't have them. I still love the fact that I get to try different products. I just want to purchase from Birchbox, not have to go look for them somewhere else.

The experience has really changed…

The experience has really changed… The price has doubled since I started my membership, but the products are still the same size. There are not separate boxes anymore, or encouraging names like “ the amazing Jane Doe” etc. those little things really made the experience fantastic. It has gone from a bright spot of fun in my month to a functional way to get samples that I can try before purchase while avoiding a department store.

Excited for the monthly product reveal!

So far, my experience with Birchbox has been great! I’ve had a few issues with packages not being delivered to my home address, but those problems were resolved quickly. I’m usually very happy with the product selections each month, except when some items are out of stock. I try to submit my monthly choices as early as possible so I have a better selection of products to choose from.
