Sometimes I've selected my next months' items before my box is received. Some of the sample sizes are extremely small for the monthly fee. For certain months' it not worth the monthly payment for what is received.

I have had a few issues with double subscriptions but they did set right in a timely matter.

I’ve been enjoying it so far! The only thing, I feel like there are months were it’s a miss, like this previous one for example, where I selected more lipsticks because there were less options. But when there are good and varied options, I enjoy!
I really enjoy Birch Box and all the amazing products that they offer each month to sample. I am always impressed with the variety of the different products. My one main complaint is that i will immediately log on to select the products for my box and inevitably they are out of the product. It has happened several times and this is on the first day of selection. I do enjoy Birch Box and will continue as it’s always exciting when you receive your box in the mail!
I love getting to try new leave in conditioners and play with makeup I would never trust myself to buy!

Customer service has always been great! Every time I have had an issue, big or small, Birchbox's customer service has been great. I am pleased with the entire process and they make it easy to contact them. I have been with Birchbox, off and on for many years and I have never had an issue.
Love Birchbox so much. I have been loyal since day 1. However I want to be able to shop from the monthly deals you roll out but every time it says can’t ship to Texas at checkout. Please fix this. You’re missing out on selling your products monthly with this restriction. Thank you 😊
Sending the same things too often. I tried to get on this week to change my profile and could not find the area to put what I like such as more nail polish, maybe perfume, etc. And really the samples seem to have gotten smaller through the years even though the price has gone up. I had originally marked that I like skin care, but it is none stop every month.
I have enjoyed most of the products and being able to try different products.
It's great to get a box of surprises every month. My only critique is for the price sometimes it seems like we should get more . But I do enjoy what I get
