Recipes are always fabulous. Never had a meal we did not enjoy. Wish my Thanksgiving had arrived a little sooner. Adored the cranberries and brussel sprouts especially!

Thanksgiving dinner was perfect for 6 adults and we still had leftovers. We had everything we needed and not alot of prep. We are going to do Christmas Blue Apron again this year as well. Delicious meal!
Almost perfect...
Blue Apron consistently has great recipes and the Thanksgiving meal kit was no exception. I had held delivery until a few days before Thanksgiving hoping the perishables would be fresh but sadly that was not the case as it appeared the box had been sitting for quite some time before it was shipped.

Perfect amount of everything for 4! I wish I could have ordered it a bit closer to Thanksgiving...with the delivery restricted to week of 11/7 some of the produce had to be replaced by thanksgiving and truthfully didn't know if it was best to wait for the turkey as well. So I cooked and ate it week before and bought more for thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving Hosting Success - No Stress!
Wow, do yourself a favor and make Thanksgiving a breeze with Blue Apron. My partner and I loved how all of the recipes are manageable, realistic, and come with advice about what can be prepped ahead of time. Timing everything out is so helpful in planning how much time cooking the entire meal will take. Neither of us had ever cooked turkey, and our Turkey Breast came out perfectly! Next year we're going to try cooking a whole bird! My only gripe: you are limited to ordering only one of each dish. For some reason the biscuits only serve 4, and when I contacted support, there was no way for me to order more, so I would have 8.... I doubt you would be able to order multiples of any dish, if you say wanted to order enough food for a party of 12-16, the meal was designed for 6-8 servings. It would be great if Blue Apron had an option for customizing the meal more than just adding sides to the main package. But overall, we loved it! The previous year we over-extended ourselves trying to make fancy dishes from the NYT, and it was a disaster. Blue Apron made our Thanksgiving a huge success! Thank You!
Excellent thanksgiving meal
Food arrived on time for prep. Quality of ingredients was very good. Recipes were also very good and not too difficult to execute. Taste was excellent.
Great solution for Thanksgiving Dinner
Ordered the vegitarian meal, and then prepared our own turkey and ham. The food was fantastic, especially the squash dish. Never had anything like that. Will definitely do it again.

It was perfect! No grocery shopping, meals were easy to make and delicious with plenty of left overs.
Very nice vegetarian complete meal kit
Overall, this was a delicious holiday vegetarian meal that requires a lot of time and preparation. But it is well worth it. However some of the produce was very subpar, and had to be omitted or replaced. One of the two squash was bruised, soft and a little rotten and could not be used. Both of the scallions were unusable. (Dark, wilted and spoiled.) for that reason, i am giving 4 stars.

The food was delicious and just right for 6 people. Some of them would have liked green beans instead of Brussels sprouts but I thought they were very good. I will order again.

You forgot cranberry, honey and warming spices. Otherwise fabulous. If offered, I’ll order it again next year.

Easy to follow directions and well organized. The Apple pie was a little bit bland. Turkey was good. Love the potatoes, Brussels and cranberries.
