Excellent Dinner
The meal was exceptional and the directions was pretty easy to follow. I find Blue Aprons ingredients very fresh. I would definitely do this again.

So wonderful not to have to go to the grocery store when cooking a big gourmet meal! And it was delicious! Great recipes and quality ingredients.
It was a horrible experience
It was a horrible experience. I ordered the box to arrive the day before I was having a party with my family (any one ordering this is likely having an event) and it showed up 2 hours into my party the following day. The box was broken, battered and un-useable. Was planning to make a tradition out of it but now I see your holiday box service as unreliable so will have to order elsewhere next year.

Good selection of meals and the right level of difficulty for a holiday meal. Liked the instructions and appreciated how the same oven temperature was used for all the recipes. Recipes were unique and were enjoyable to make and eat.
The best way to do Christmas dinner
Fabulous meal. Party of nine with someone bringing a ham and an extra side. Rave reviews for the beef, the salad and the dessert. I farmed out the dessert but did everything else in my tiny kitchen. With careful prep work and planning every course was a success.

I'm extremely happy it arrived on time this year. I loved all the sides, surprisingly the squash side the best. Great flavor! The ham was perfect. I removed a star for the salad. It's huge, we ate two servings and threw the rest away. Not a fan of arugula and there was a lot. The dressing had little flavor and the orange wasn't sweet enough, big enough or flavorful enough the help out. Need to change up the salad next year.

It took me all day to prepare the feast as there was a lot of early prep necessary and I was alone doing it. On Christmas day I asked for help and the dinner was finally ready. An air oven was used for cooking the Beef Roast and it cooked it perfectly. i am 89 and I will go for already prepared dinner next year.

Blue Apron is our go-to for amazing meals! Everything is included and everything is delicious. We ordered the holiday meal kit for Christmas dinner with family, and it did not disappoint. The recipes were easy to follow, the results were amazing, and the portions left us with leftovers for later in the week. Great value too!

I got four holiday meal kits (two turkey, one roast, and one vegetarian. They were all fabulous. The directions were great, especially the recommendations on what order to cook and how to prepare the day before and reheat the next day. The flavors meshed well within each kit. These gave me the excuse to have friends over--keep it up!!!!
Delicious Holiday Roast Kit
My family thoroughly enjoyed the Blue Apron Holiday Roast box meal kit. The beef tenderloin was so tender and delicious. Everything was easy to prepare & the ingredients were fresh. The rainbow carrots and cheesy potato bake were also outstanding. Rounding out the meal with salad and dessert - perfection!

Did not include my requested shrimp and substituted mushrooms. NO explanation, nothing to inform me about why the shrimp wasn't included. After contacting customer service and finally hearing back (holiday weekend) they explain the substitution and... will credit the shipping charge on a future order. REALLY? That's simply NOT good enough.

The herbs in the box arrived black probably from getting too cold. There was too many brussels sprouts and not enough bread for the stuffing. The dessert was pretty good but not great. The turkey, mashed, stuffing and gravy were very good, especially the stuffing and mashed!

We've been receiving Blue Apron for awhile now and are happy with the service. Have added a couple ready made dinners and these work out well too. I would prefer a little less salt on the ready made meals. Choices are good, no complaints.
