Holiday meal from Blue Apron was delicious! Good variety and unique combinations of ingredients in the side dishes. Everyone loved them and we will definitely use Blue Apron again next year for Holiday meals. The downside was they were so good, there were very little leftovers :))
It was great! We had the beef tenderloin and it was easy to prepare and turned out delicious.
The recipes were all delicious. One side dish was missing all but the main ingredient, which I've already reported.
Great meat! I think I cooked it perfectly too. I wasn’t that crazy about the chocolate desert.. just seemed like too much cream in a bag but the carrots and potatoes were great. The pear salad and charcuterie board made a great second meal.
The recipes were good, but you forgot to send me the potatoes for one of them. I was 1 recipe short.
It never arrived so I can’t say if it was good or not.

The holiday meal kit was excellent. The kit costs $180, which is near the cost of a nice beef filet. All the sides were easy to make and added to the color of the plate, as well as the taste. The holiday kit is an excellent way to take something off your plate at a busy time of the year!
Ordering the Holiday Box was a wonderful experience, from the quality of the food, the menu, the ease of cooking and pulling off a wonderful and pretty Christmas dinner! It made me look like I knew how to cook!
Food was good! The only issue was that I received the wrong recipe cards so I didn't have a nice booklet to follow and had to print out all the recipes myself.
Our family shared in the preparation of each part of this meal, following your excellent directions and hints for time saving. The packets contained everything we needed for each dish, so no additional shopping was needed. We had the Christmas ham meal with delicious side dishes and dessert and the box arrived as scheduled and loaded with fresh produce. I highly recommend your Holiday meals for their attention to detail and complete contents. We will definitely order again.

Food was Fabulous Wish we could order these kinds of meals without waiting for holidays
It was nice not to worry about shopping for a holiday meal, however, the box didn't include the potatoes and I didn't notice until right before I was going to make them. So, I had an emergency run to the grocery store.
The meal came on time with all the right ingredients. It was easy to prepare, and everyone enjoyed it.
We decided to spend Christmas out of town and had the holiday box delivered to our destination. We brought all the tools and other necessities with us. the staff at the hotel had our box in the fridge when we arrived. We planned on making a couple of dishes the day before, so the day we cooked our feast was easy! I've had the box redirected before, and it's always fun to cook away from home. The food was delicious. Every singe dish was paired well.
The food was good but I didn’t anticipate it taking such a long time to prepare the side dishes.
We enjoyed the main beef tenderloin but were disappointed with the carrots, potatoes, and the dessert. These dishes did not feel special given the occasion. The presentation ideas for the carrots and potatoes were also kind of odd. They looked messy and unappetizing. For the cost, it was also disappointing.

The roast was beautiful and delicious. We enjoyed the salad and carrot dish immensely. The dessert was fun and tasty.
The meal was delicious esp. the beef tenderloin. Its was enjoyed by the whole family.The cooking instructions were straight forward and took me seamlessly through the process.
I had tried the Thanksgiving box and enjoyed it so decided to try the Holiday box. Thought this made a great meal, and the prep was quite reasonable. Good quality meat and plenty of everything to go around. Would do again.
