The meals are always tasty. I would prefer a few additional options that are not Southwest focused. Those have been quite prevalent.

We love getting Blue Apron meals

We love getting Blue Apron meals. It gave us a chance to make dinners that we wouldn't normally make, and new also ways to prepare vegetables and side dishes that we can repeat on our own when we cook.

the food is delicious, affordable and have high quality ingredients. The recipes do take on average 35-45 minutes to prepare. I don't mind others might. I enjoy cooking and am always so happy when it looks just like the recipe card.

It's fresh and good quality. My only issue is there aren't many options for the two person meal.

Sometimes the vegetables aren't fresh. Like zucchini, tomatoes, lemon. Overall it's still been good food. Just had to go buy the vegetables.

I love not having to worry about the dinner menu for the week and the meals are delicious. Plus my husband is able to follow the step by step instructions to make some of the dinners. Totally lifesaver for my family. I love to sit down and eat healthy and delicious dinners.

The quality of food I received was…terrible

The quality of food I received was horrible. Veges "ok" but not all of them fresh. The meats; steak, chicken and salmon were tough, lacked flavor and I could not eat the salmon.

As expected, the (ham) Holiday Meal was delicious! All the dishes got rave reviews from my table, and everyone was impressed that I was able to tackle all the prep myself. With the leftover ham, I made a yummy soup. As a suggestion, might Blue Apron include a few "leftover" recipes?

This was just what I hoped it would be!

We ordered this for a family gathering and we’re generally pretty happy with it. The ingredients were all very good. I did substitute the mushrooms with turkey Italian sausage because one of the guests was allergic to mushrooms. Everyone loved the squash! Even those that were very hesitant to even try it. The Brussels sprouts were good as well. As far as the pasta casserole, to me, the least successful. We could not use the truffle butter but the biggest issue was the consistency of the sauce. Rather than creamy, it was stringy. I will consider ordering a family box in the future. It was fun to cook with my granddaughter who made the pie.

Deliciously Awesome Holiday Roast Box

I didn't rate it 5 stars because some of the ingredients were missing. The meal was amazing and a big hit at my small Xmas dinner party. Everyone raved about meal. The roast was juicy and tender - it mealted in your mouth. One of the guests, who doesn't care much for vegetables, went back for a second helping of the glazed carrots.
