Great customer service and support. Brilliant product.
BLUETTI AC50B
Very satisfied with this power station. Used it for my journey to Norway which lasts 24 days. Drove 6,000 miles/11,000 (from London to the very North of Norway and back); needed all my devices (a camera, a drone and a GoPro) to be always charged, and my laptop to be used when I want it. And I always have them ready for me. This station is small, doesn't take space in a car, and, the same time, it's very reliable and convenient. Highly recommended.

Brilliant product and customer service
Firstly we are delighted with our V2 200 power bank. Really fast delivery, works great does everything it says it does. Only had it a short time but have tried loads of our electrical items on it. Ninja Woodfire, Ninja Airfryer, Dyson Airwrap, toaster, kettle and it’s really accurate with how long it says you could run things for. I would recommend this to anyone. The icing on the cake for me however is the customer service. We purchased this in early November and it was listed as a Black Friday deal, but, on the 28th of November it actually was reduced again to £100 less than we paid for it. I contacted customer service and had to wait a few days for them to get back to me but it did state this can be the case during busy periods. When I got my reply I was stunned as they arranged to credit me back £100 so they matched the lowest price. I was blown away there was no quibbling just a note to thank me for contacting them and informing me my payment method would be credited. 3 days later it was. Just AMAZING

Bluetti units for UPS
I purchased two Bluetti units a 200 V2 and a 100 V2. These are both to be used as a UPS for some pumps I have in my house. After extensive research I chose Bluetti, due to output and storage and finally price. I am very pleased with the units and thus far they seem to do exactly what I want.
Feature rich and excellent value
This compact and lightweight power station has all the features you need with a large battery and high output. It is also one of the only ones in its price range to guarantee 4000 charging cycles. The app is also easy to use with a very simple yet clear interface. All this and it offers exceptional value for money.

The reduction in price finally swung…
The reduction in price finally swung it, although if I'd have waited it would have been cheaper still with a PV200 included, Hey Ho. I already have an older smaller 500, it's okay and runs the camper fridge overnight when camping, wanted something bigger to run most of the van, this fits the bill perfectly, not too big, powerful enough to run all I need while camping and so much more. At present it's in the shed running a heater and dehumidifier, loving the pass through charging, runs both high draw items and still charged from 32% to a 100% in an hour. It is heavier than I expected, but I am at the upper end of life, and it's light compared to the older unit in a weight verse's output way. I will just have to get a trolley to move it from house to van. Can't wait to use for it's intended purpose, I can finally take my coffee habit camping amongst other things. Here's to Bluetti and their continued product line up and improvements
My first power station
My first power station, bluetti came out top after my research
Perfect little camping buddie
Very quick delivery, well packed. Quick charge and love the compact size (BLUETTI Elite 100 V2). Would 100% recommend.

I purchased an Elite 100 on pre order
I purchased an Elite 100 on pre order. There was good communication throughout and delivery was on the date promised. The unit is impressive and the app control very handy. It’s already been camping and on a few road trips. Look forward to many more adventures.
Ordered the Elite 200v2 no 12v cable supplied
Ordered the Elite 200v2 on Sunday and it arrived today 18/11/25Tuesday, great delivery time. it was well packaged with double cardboard boxes and thick foam. disappointed that as it is a power unit for camping etc it doesn't come with a lead to charge from a cigarette/12v socket as this would be a standard way of charging whilst travelling. I will review again once I have put it through its paces
Everything i wanted
Great product and service with fast delivery. Does everything i want it to do.
Reliable brand
On my second Power Station from them. Upgraded the first one only because I wanted a few more features, for the price I paid for both have been excellent, well laid out outputs and compact enough for my tiny van. Great prices and good products and a brand that feels reassuringly safe to use. Good user base and they don't seem to censor their online forums from critical opinions.
