Buyers also appreciate the exceptionally fast delivery service and the sturdy, well-built design of the equipment.
Some reviewers were not happy with customer service, pointing out unhelpful communication, long delays when waiting for replacement parts or missing items, and difficulties in getting timely updates. Very impressed with performance of our AC200l and charger1. We added 540w solar panel on roof of our RV many nights across France/spain without mains hook up prioritising our stopovers. Would recommend. Unit is quite heavy but keep your back straight and bend knees.
Bluetti Elite 100 V2 is great - as is the Customer Service provided
Ordered a Bluetti Elite 100 V2 a few days ago, and received it promptly and in great condition.
I haven't had too long to test it, but I ran my large American fridge for over 9.5hrs yesterday and it still had over 10% of AC power available. Pretty impressive for such a small unit.
Bluetti had reduced the price after I ordered it, so I contacted the customer support team, as there is a 30-day money-back guarantee.
They got back to be within a day and agreed to refunded me the difference in price.
So, not only do I have a fantastic little unit, but it was purchased at an even better price.
Very pleased :)
Amazing piece of kit, I got the elite 100v2 and it is better than i could have wished for, takes less than 2 hours to fully charge and has enough power to give me 3hrs per day of running my large tv with plenty left in reserve if i need it, this then allows me to get free electricity in a sunday to recharge it, its very portable and reasonably quiet when in use, charges really well from the mains and solar and in car so plenty of options for charging, it feels really well made and after talking to customer services for advice in how to use certain features i am very reassured that if any problems ever did arise the friendly customer service team would be there to help me, if you are considering buying one of these i would say just buy it and have fun with it, highly recommended
i ordered the elite 30 v2, i did want to go for the AC50B but with it being a year old and heavily discounted it felt like it was a model that was due to be discontinued soon. it would be really useful of there was a way to see when a product was released and if / when it would be discontinued to improve customer confidence.
i spent a lot of time reviewing the different providers and i had decided it was going to be the bluetti or Jackery.
i had compared this item to the jackery 500 v2 as they appeared to be similar in size and power outputs, and whilst on paper the jackery was better, but they just choose to go against the grain where small things slowly add up against it
* smaller, reduced functionality display screen
* no mobile app integration
* still over £100 more even when on sale
* additional cost for car charger
* propriety fittings
i think the only real down side to this device is that despite it being a similar size to jackery the battery size is also around 50% ish. If bluetti could improve this on future models i think they really could take a larger slice of the market.
The device arrived with 37% charge and didnt take my too long to get it up to 80% before i stopped the charge. Ive only done some light testing with the usb to see if the 140watt output really was fastcharging my phone and no issues with that so far.
whilst trying to initially install the mobile app the qr code takes you to another source for the app outside of the google store. I was unable to sign into the app using the google account link, which is what i also done on the website to register and purchase, but was getting a not authorised error.
I removed and re-installed the app from the official google play store, but unfortunately the same issue occurred.
there was another option to sign in "offline" which just using bluetooth and that worked on both mobile app versions, but im not waiting for a reply to this issue from their community forums.
the other issue i experienced was that they have a rewards "my bucks" where i had collected some points which effectively allowed me to use them to get a £20 voucher off the product price, but then I was unable to apply the black friday promotion voucher at the same time. It just feels a bit daft that you are not allowed to effectively use the rewards that you have earned at a time that suits you and makes the reward scheme less rewarding, especially when its possible to see huge discounts throughout the year, i mean why would you pay more unless you were really desperate?
i did approach their online support, and that took quite some time to get through to someone, even during their open support window. that entire customer experience wasn't that great and I effectively walked away as trying to get the BF 5% extra discount just wasn't worth the effort. This kind of has me now on the fence because if support is this bad at this point in the process what is it going to be like once i actually have the unit for a few months?
So in summary whilst this looks like a great product and currently at a great price there have been 2 real issues right at the start,
1, poor customer care
2, mobile app not working out of the box
so as of right now id say 3 out of 5 is where im at, but lets see how it goes over the next few days where ill probably have more of a chance to fully test the device and see if i can get a response to some of the issues experienced so far improved.
Bluetti have always made their Sogens/Power Stations built to match where ever life takes you, I own many Bluetti Power Stations and they have made it possible to go anywhere and do anything and if the Grid goes down tomorrow Thanks to Bluetti I have got everything covered and it's great to know Bluetti have got my back.
I have only just ordered my Bluetti Elite 100 v2 i have studied this closely and compared this to other competitors it was a close decision as features were very similar , But You Tube was probably my major decision, but this one is smaller and weight is just right hopefully when I receive it I won’t be disappointed.
I bought a 350w folding heavy duty solar panel. It’s the first I’ve owned and I’m not sure what I was expecting but certainly not something of this size or calibre. They are heavy, robust and are of a high quality, with an integrated handle and stand to get them at ‘the right angle’ for the sun, and will be perfect for use in our motorhome as well as charging our Apex 300’s at home until we have fixed panels put up.
Would I recommend them? Yes, definitely. The delivery was quick and without issue and they were very well packed with firm foam holding the box off the panel.
I wish Trustpilot allowed us to put up photos.
I had done extensive research before purchase of a battery system to supplement the energy needs of my camper van. Bluetti came out on top because of youtube reviews and the large scalability with the Apex 300 for my van, but also I can utilise it as a stand alone system for the house using the B500 expansion batteries. The Black Friday deals didn't do any harm either. 😁
I bought a second hand ac180 to use as a back up, and have since bought a new elite 100.
Then tempted to buy smaller unit to run cooler box purchased the ac50b 700w very happy with purchases.
After looking at all the makes possible and reading the specs in comparison to spec I made the decision to invest in the Bluetti and after great communication glad I have .
The product with price is so worth and totally recommend this product to anyone and I know friends have looked on the website and will make a purchase soon.
