Very disappointing experience. I bought from this company about two years ago, and at that time I received a beautiful, high-quality bracelet. Unfortunately, it looks like this store has completely changed for the worse.
This time I received a very poor-quality bracelet that does not look like the product shown or described. It is not flexible, does not stretch, and I cannot even wear it on my wrist. The end of the bracelet has crooked knots sticking out, making it uncomfortable and unpleasant to wear.
I also have serious doubts that these are natural stones. To me, they look more like cheap beads, and the overall quality feels like something you could buy on AliExpress for a few dollars.
The worst part is their customer service. They advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee, but when there is a real problem, they do not handle it properly. Instead of resolving the issue, their emails felt dismissive and mocking toward the customer.
I do not recommend this company at all. In my opinion, the quality has gone downhill, the product I received was unacceptable, and their “guarantee” means nothing if they refuse to stand behind it. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.

I ordered the harem pants with a peacock on them. What arrived was a pair of stiff, short, potato sack looking garbage made of the worst quality cotton fabric I ever felt. The pants look almost nothing like the ads, which are likely AI generated. The stitching looks like an 8 year old did it, the fit is ugly and the pants feel like sandpaper on the skin. Complete disappointment! And if I try to return it I’ll have to mail it back to China, which will cost me even more in time and money due to import/export taxes. Selling this kind of horrid product should be illegal. Don’t even think about shopping there!

The products I received did not match the quality I expected from the advertising and the fit was poor. The biggest issue was the returns process. Although the company advertises a “no hassle” return policy, I discovered that returns had to be shipped back to China at my own expense, which was costly and time-consuming. Additionally, it took several emails to BuddhastoneShop to obtain a return address. They kept offering a discount on the goods but I just wanted to return them and never shop from them again for clothes!
I also feel the marketing gives the impression of an ethical/spiritual lifestyle brand, but customers should be aware that items may be manufactured and shipped internationally.

Low quality fabric at premium rate , same outfit u can get from temu or shein for £6.99- £9, returns r not free or at uk charges , they make u post it back to china and pay the shipping price which doesn’t work out.. in the end they offer u a 10%refund or discount

Plesse don't use Yodel to deliver goods to customers. They've had my parcel (cleared through customs) for six days). Yet they have made no attempt to deliver it, and they have eliminated the tracking details. They are also hard to contact. Fortunately i had written down the tracking number. Awful cheap quality dress. I paid more from here rather than other obvious cheap brands on Facebook because it had a decent reputation. I want a refund but all they’re offering is a discount on something else. My legal rights are a full refund. They are not answering my emails now. Not happy!
I have since had a reply with a return address to china. It says it will cost me £2.95 to refund. It will actually cost £19.90! Not worth it for what I’ll get back. Outrageous.
