You have to push for a refund - and give them a bad review here - and then they come up with the goods
Exchanges with this company make me increasingly convinced they are not genuine. I bought some trousers but it's looking like I'm not gonna be able to return them. At the moment they are giving me the run around with my request for a refund - trying to behave like a genuine company - but their tactics are all too familiar.....
UPDATE - after many exchanges - and after putting up this review - the company have offered a refund less postage, which I am happy with. This made me feel a whole lot better. They asked if I would change this review, which I'm doing, but I very much doubt this would have happened had I not reviewed here and repeatedly insisted a refund was what I wanted. So better than I feared - but not the straightforward returns policy we hope for when buying online.

I bought a dress from this online shop. The tracking said it had arrived 2 days ago but nothing came. I nver have a problem with online shopping until now. I wrote email to them to let them know. Delivery took 3 weeks and items not what I hoped. The harem pants I ordered don't look like they do in the pictures and the material feels cheap, not soft like i'd hoped. Disappointed and I know getting a refund will be a long drawn out process and I will have to pay delivery.

Absolute crap clothes. Not real cotton or linen, fake plastic material and a size XL will come with a 12" opening. The harem pants are a total joke. I feel bad for adding waste but these are pure trash and not even worthy to donate. The reviews are lies, this stuff is garbage.

Awful plastic feeling pants, definitely not cotton. Cheap, chinese rubbish unfortunately. Tried to return 2 of the pants and the customer service was terrible, only offering me a 10% discount to keep the items but they take 2 to 3 days to respond to each email delaying the 30 day return telling you not to return to the address on the parcel then eventually when you insist, they give you a return address in China and you need to declare that the clothes are only worth $10. Do not be fooled by their website; pants look nothing like the pictures. I'm honestly shocked at the good reviews.

Scam company- refuse to refund money even when clothes returned
I don’t know why the summary is so positive- this company treat customers terribly. I’ve written umpteen emails and although I bought my (rubbish) clothes in Feb I am STILL awaiting a refund. I eventually got an address from them and spent nearly £20 sending clothes back- yet despite nearly 20 emails I’ve not had my refund. They should not be allowed to operate- it’s a scam company. They keep saying they’ve refunded but I’ve been on to bank and (as I already know) the money is not there- Buddhastone won’t take responsibility for this I’ll have to go to trading standards

I bought some chakra leggings with a beautiful design. They weren't cheap and I expected premium quality. When they arrived I realised that the fabric was very shiny, thin and flimsy. My spaniel dog jumped up on me gently (as Spaniels do) and then I realised that this action had damaged the fabric. At first I thought it was just dust but the fabric was actually damaged after about 25 minutes of use. I do not recommend purchasing clothes from this outlet.
