I bought 3 year of the horse key chains, they were lovely crafted and looked great upon recieval. Shipping was quick. One key chain girfted unfortunately was damaged. I reached out to the Buddha stone shop and they responded the same day with an option for replacement. Excellent customer service

I bought some clothing from the website. The delivery was slow but everything arrived. The product was poor quality, mainly as the materials are poor quality, and the fit was also poor.
I tried returning the products. Although the replies were swift, they gave me instructions to post the package back to China to be received by a specific person. I did as they instructed, paid £38 for the return (the original purchase was £99). I was then told by the courier that the receiver rejected the package. When I contact Buddhastoneshop again, they told me to tell the couriers to destroy the package, and they would refund me the £99 minus the £9.99 for the initial delivery cost.
This is so frustrating, unsustainable for the environment and completely waste of time and money from my side.
At least the return contacts were responsive, the only redeeming quality of this company.

Not happy with the way Buddhastone appears to be helpful but isn’t. Through a long and painful period of trying to get a refund for poor quality, ill fitting trousers, the company has made it very hard to get return addresses or update me on the return process.

Im writing a second review for this "company " they had read my previous review and asked me to ammend it,and offered to refund me,minus P&P. I made it clear that I would except their offer but still stand by my previous complaints and comments,and would only ammend my review,once I had received my refund, which I have. This company is Chinese, not Indian. Goods are cheaply made,and advertise falsely as Buddastones UK. They're not based in the UK,but in China. Goods are poorly made and nylon not Indian cotton. Please don't order from them unless you want to be disappointed. I was lucky, as I had a refund. I also posted on Instagram, and warned people not to buy goods from them .

I was skeptical at first, there are many online jewelry merchants. My bracelet arrived quickly, and I have to say, I am impressed. The bracelet came wrapped in a nice cloth pouch, inside a box. And it is of good quality. Has some weight to it. And feels good on my wrist. Definately would order again from this company. And, they have customer support. Had a very minor issue, reached out, customer support responded right away and took care of my little issue.
5 stars because of quality, and customer support. They actually responded right away, took care of my issue. You dont find that often any more.

This is an awful company, you cannot arrange refunds- in my case they’ve received my goods back (after many requests on my behalf as to how to do this) but they have not refunded my money. They prevaricate and lie. They are not to be trusted and shouldn’t be allowed to operate. They will reply to this and say ‘we’ve sent your refund’ but they have not- be warned, do not buy clothes from them (jewellery doesn’t sound bad looking at reviews) but clothes? Do not bother.

Just received a refund for trousers that were flimsy, and poorly made. Buddhastone insisted on postage to China (£16) plus other costs. Biut also the return address was 14 lines long! And if that wasn’t enough they didn’t give out this information until I threatened them with trading standards. Very poor.

Item not as described. Nylon not Indian cotton. I waited a month for delivery, customer care based overseas, had I known ,I wouldn't have ordered anything. Goods made and shipped from China. Feel really ripped off,spent £25 on a piece of tat. Not even going to try and return it,as I know it will be a total waste of time. No paper work included in the plastic packaging. Please don't waste your money by using this company

I recently purchased some beautiful jade and cinnabar bangles as well as a beaded bracelet. The pieces were exquisite but unfortunately the bangles didn’t fit. I had numerous interactions with their amazing Customer Service. They gave me different options that would have worked.
