We have been running their software and everything has been fine. Recently we added app functionality which has been great so far. As we looked to get a better understanding of the layout conflicts and begin testing our app, we reached out for support. Prabs not only helped us, but his knowledge, attitude, and impact were well beyond expectations. Been in tech for thirty years - not sure I have ever come across someone as immediately familiar and knowledgable about the specifics we were working on.

After Rezwan dug into it thoroughly with me, it turned out the problem wasn't on the BuddyBoss side at all but came down to a configuration setting at my webhost. What really stood out was Rezwan's approach. He takes the time to write detailed explanations and even records screen videos to walk you through things step by step. I consistently had a reply by the next day, which kept things moving forward. Ease of installation. Ease of set up. Ease of functionality and process. Yes, it is all pretty good stuff. Where it breaks down a little is when you want to vary your work. But overall this is a good platform to build on and plenty of help is available via AI which is pretty knowledgeable about the functions. Give it 4 Stars but really it is a 9/10, not quite a full house! Highly recommended.
