3 years ago i was prescribed 60mg of lisinopril daily and 40mg of propranolol and it was almost completely ineffective. I doubt 10mg of lisinopril a day will have any noticeable effect

When you sign up, they force you to subscribe to a continuing monthly fee, even though you only need service for a single event. They say you can "cancel any time". But when you try to do this you hit a stone wall. When you try to contact them by telephone, you hit a stone wall. Eventually, I solved the problem by closing my bank account and credit card and moving them to different banks so that charges to the old accounts can not be passed through. I would give them zero or negative stars if this was an option. They are not ethical.
Note that they do not regard a complaint about failed attempts to cancel as a cancellation request. Even after seeing such a complaint they do not cancel. They continue their monthy $45 billing, in my case and in several others.
Let them go pound sand. Why should I pay $45 every month for eternity for services not needed, not wanted, and not provided? Hey, CallOnDoc, I know you see these postings because you reply to them, so CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL. Right now! Don’t come back and say you can’t find my cancel request because here it is for the whole world to see.
Yes, I will be delighted to face them in small claims court.

Again it appears that this company has changed ownership or management..
1. They are no longer allowing you to pick which medication works best for you. Being able to pick the medication was the best part of this service, in my opinion.
2. They are no longer doing 90 day prescriptions for certain medications- this is simply a money grab for the company.
I had an antibiotic called in that does not work for me. Since they no longer give you the option to pick the medication, I decided to try it anyway. Three days in and it’s not working. They are refusing to call in a different antibiotic. They are telling me to finish the current antibiotic and if I am still not feeling well after I finish it, then reach out again at that point. Ridiculous. Apparently, they are in the business of keeping people sick.

I love using call on doc. This is the second time I’ve used them and this time they even got me a specialist a dermatologist for my problem. Everything worked very smoothly. I got my prescriptions right to my local pharmacy. I will use them again in the future.

I can’t stand the waste of time that regular doctors are especially when people can and often do their own research and have a pretty good idea what’s going on in their own bodies. I needed Amoxicillin for a routine ear infection. Got prescribed quickly and am feeling better already. Simple, non invasive, and I didn’t have to sit in a waiting room for 2 hours to sit in a room exam room for another 2 hours, fill out BS paperwork, and get charged too much. I’m thankful for this company existing
