When I finally got through to a representative, after having my calls dropped twice, she was able to delete the bank from which the automated payment would be taken. I was shocked to receive the email informing me that the account which was closed and paid in full last August would be charged again. The representative did a very good job. She was extremely professional and had excellent communication skills.

Christian explained to me what I could expect closing my account. What remaining fees would be. The end of an annual fee. And continuing use of my mobile app for making payments.
