I called 3 times
I called 3 times. The 2nd agent was speaking so fast, that I had to keep asking her to repeat what she was saying. She kept cutting me off. Insisted on not helping. I called back a 3rd time and I got Clive. He spoke slow and clear. Without any hesitation he was able to help me. I didn’t get the name of the 2nd agent, I wish I did. She does not deserve to be in customer service. Clive was amazing.
