Absolutely horrible. Spent 3 hours being connected to a representative and was only answered by foreigners who kept delaying any answers. Trying to get a refund for a cancelled flight is an absolute scam. Never use this service

DO NO TRUST THEM. I booked a car at my destination and despite having correct dates on my confirmation, they booked the wrong dates. I believe they are changing bookings when a cheaper option comes available and then when there is an issue blaming it on the car company. No notice was given, I only discovered this because I called the car company to ask a question. After 10 hours and 15 transfers I got resolution only to have my new car cancelled the night before the trip. More calls, they wouldn’t book me a new car and said they would give me a refund which was half the amount it cost me to book a new car last minute. Never use this service

I booked my first flight with CheapFlightFares in May and got a pretty good deal—$573 for a round-trip from SFO to BOS on July 17-24 including seat selection and taxes, with a brief layover in Philadelphia. Given the current gas prices, this fare is quite reasonable. Their customer service was excellent, professional, and reassuring. Denzel Watson, one of their representatives, was especially helpful, addressing my questions and reassuring me about my return flight, even though I had only about 30 minutes to change planes.
