How do you UNHOOK the ottaman gtom the couch? Your crew never explained that and just left as they were very busy. We would like to move it to the other side of the couch or to the love seat. So how does that work? Thanks
sofa delivered with visible quality issues
I ordered a sofa and loveseat from Coleman Furniture on April 26. The sofa was delivered on May 7, but unfortunately it arrived with a small hole on the back and scratches on the recliner switches. To be fair, these issues were reported immediately in the presence of the delivery driver, and the after-delivery care team did respond and initiated communication with the vendor. However, even after more than a week, the issues remain unresolved. What has been most frustrating is learning how restrictive their policies are. Once you purchase online, customers appear to have very limited options regarding returns or replacements, even when items arrive damaged. The company seems to have full control over how and when issues are addressed, leaving customers with little protection or clarity on timelines. I would strongly encourage future shoppers to carefully read and understand the return and damage policies before making a purchase. The furniture itself may look great, but customer support and post-delivery resolution can be a difficult experience if something goes wrong.

Drei did a great job! I’m happy with how my situation was handled.
Incorrect shelf
The entertainment center was delivered with one incorrect shelf. The driver called and reported it and the person he called told me the shelf would be replaced and everything was taken care of. I was told I had to sign for the delivery. Coleman is now telling me because I signed for the delivery they are not replacing the shelf. I was assured this was taken care of and I had nothing to worry about. Now it appears I was lied to.
WONDERFUL RESOLUTION TO A PROBLEM
I had a minor flaw in the cocktail table I ordered from Coleman Furniture. Drei abdocated on my behalf to resolve the issue. She was able to have the manufacturer (Liberty Furniture) send me a brand new table. We couldn't be more pleased with this resolution of our claim. I highly reccommend Coleman Furniture.

My couch was 2k. It’s comfortable, but the quality is way below what it should be for the price. I’ve gotten $200 couches that are made much better. My cat jumped on the back of the couch and I heard a pop - it seems the couch is made of similar stuff as the cheap ikea furniture. The locks that hold it in place are constantly sliding out of place. I am really unhappy with this purchase and will not be buying anything from Coleman furniture again. I would NOT recommend this company
Beautiful desk, delivered well
The delivery experience went very well. The desk was packaged incredibly well. It is beautiful and looked in perfect condition. The only downside was that it went on sale, in between the purchase date and the delivery date and the company would not honor the sale price.

The delivery just dropped off the boxes on the porch And left. No notice just left. If my neighbor didn’t tell me they would be there all night. But we love the tables and the quality of the tables are just great. I would tell anyone about your company. Thank you very much for Great service. Except for the delivery.

Sales Are Pretty Much Final
Very very very upsetting. It started off great, the communication, the pricing, the delivery, the drivers. Everything. But then came a snag. The living room set I purchased just wasn’t comfortable at all. It felt like an airplane seat and was very constricting. So I emailed Coleman with 1 day of delivery asking for a return and they started it right away. Then came the issues, I paid about 2K overall for the set and I fully excepted to pay some for the cancellation fees (which I’m still good with) but then they also looped in a $658 shipping fee on top of that which seemed ridiculous. I started checking competitors for something similar and it was literally half. So I emailed and asked if there was any wiggle room and the specialist ghosted me until I sent another follow up saying to do it. I lost almost 50% of my order just to return something I called upon not even 24 hours of delivery. Today the purchase got picked up by the drivers and even they said that a crazy price. Overall experience went from a 5/5 to a 1/5 instantly. Make all sales final!

High quality furniture at a great price and free shipping
Coleman offered an excellent price on the same furniture we found locally. Local company wanted delivery fee and wasn't interested in negotiation. The furniture itself is great. High quality and nice feel. The foam was very stiff at first, but it's breaking in and getting even more comfortable each day.
