Excellent customer service! Our dog chewed one of the cushion covers on our couch less than a month after owning it. We reached out on a Saturday, received the warranty form the same day and had a replacement cover by the next Wednesday…they even covered the shipping costs. A great overall experience!
We had a problem because the factory sent the wrong color legs for a table we ordered online. As soon as we notified them Coleman jumped on it immediately to rectify the problem and stayed in touch. You rate a company not only by the quality of their furniture but also on their response when there is a problem. I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat.

My experience with Coleman Furniture has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order on March 11, 2026, and nearly three months later I still do not have my furniture. Since ordering, I have dealt with multiple failed delivery attempts, damaged merchandise, missed delivery windows, and repeated delays. The first delivery arrived hours outside the scheduled delivery window and the furniture was damaged. Additional delivery attempts on April 13 and May 1 were cancelled because the furniture was damaged before it could even be delivered. Most recently, I waited through a scheduled delivery window on May 28 only to be informed after the window had already passed that the delivery would not happen and was being delayed yet again. The most frustrating part has been the lack of accountability and resolution. After months of delays and repeated issues, I requested to cancel my order, only to be referred to company terms and conditions rather than offered a reasonable solution. I understand that delays can happen, but multiple damaged shipments, missed delivery commitments, poor communication, and months of waiting are unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Coleman Furniture.

Coleman Furniture is a great company. Easy to order. Great communication during the shipping process. Great white glove delivery. Had a hiccup with missing supports for the self-storing leaf for the table. However, Sai was amazing to work with to resolve the issue. Sai kept in constant communication and worked quickly to get this replaced and stayed in touch throughout. I can't say enough good about this company and their customer service, in particular, Sai. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Delivered a damaged chair that I did not sign for. Driver just took off. Coleman said if I want to return a $900 chair there is a 15% restocking fee and a $600 shipping charge. They have more lawyers then customer service people STAY AWAY. NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS

Paid for three island chairs in February 2026 They delivered my chairs in May2026 To my dismay, one of the chairs had blood stains, and the other two had puncture marks, white stains, worn out seating and other stains. I have been going back and forth with customer service making excuses and asking for pictures, tracking and detailed information on what is wrong with the chairs. They keep stalling, so that I will miss the cut off time to get the chairs replaced or my money back. Coleman Furniture isn't an honest company, for they sent me three used, soiled, damaged chairs. I haven't received any replacement for the three stools nor have I been refunded. This is a dishonest, fraudulent company who takes advantage of its customers.
