Allan was very helpful in resolving my issue! Unfortunately I was not able to get the item that I purchased, but in the end Coleman Furniture gave me a full refund for the purchase and did so in a very timely manor. I would shop there again in the future!

I would rate them a 1 star on their site but when you try to confirm your email to post it is blocked. That is the only reason there are not any lower ratings, they do not allow them. Delivery service showed up after two weeks from order with a damaged desk. Then I heard nothing for another week. I am still waiting on them to "review the damage" to see if it is repairable even though I told them I will not accept a repaired desk for the amount of money I spent. Customer service is horrible, there is not a manager or further support when requested. I think I will have to go through my American Express card for support and a reimbursement.

After my coffee table was delivered damaged I called Coleman to complain and requested a replacement. Although they had to file a claim, within a few weeks they sent me a replacement at no extra cost to me.

We were so happy to find this table set. Unfortunately the set was damaged before delivery. Sai contacted us to let us know they were ordering replacement for 2 chairs. They delivered the table and chairs but the table pedestal was damaged during delivery. We sent pictures to Coleman Furniture and they ordered replacements. All was taken care of and we are satisfied with our replacements. A big thanks to Sai for staying with the replacements.
Good job on a warranty replacement
I was quite impressed with how they handled my warranty replacement. Email communications were always responded to quickly, and within a few days I had a link to click to complete the order. I was a bit disappointed that I was charged for shipping when they famously offer free shipping on all orders. Overall, though, I was happy with the customer service.
