Since 1972, Credit Acceptance has offered automobile dealers financing programs to help them sell vehicles to consumers, regardless of their credit history. These programs are offered through a nationwide network of automobile dealers who benefit from sales of vehicles to consumers who otherwise could not obtain financing; from repeat and referral sales; and from sales to customers who come into the dealership believing they have credit issues, but qualify for traditional financing. Was in a hard spot at that time they gave me a loan I needed. I don’t love the % Rate. But it’s also not there fault that I was in the spot I was in. But all my payments are on time. They don’t Bother me and I’ve never had any problems with them.

This time around has been a little bumpy for me but still a great experience with them. I'd say customer service is top notch with credit acceptance. I used this company briar the time I hadn’t built my credit up so I took the offer with ridiculous interest rates. Paying 3 times more than what the car is worth. I understand that that’s there business you should offer refinancing to those that have been paying for 3 years. And I also understand I can refinance with someone else as well. Which I’m sure I’ll do. But thank you for giving me a chance to prove I make all my payments when there due.

My experience with this company was great. I didn't like the fact that I had to put a big down payment on the car,but I'm grateful to have a reliable vehicle and it didn't take long for my application to be approved. One other thing I don't like is an email I received about insurance. I am currently looking for a second job so that I will be able to afford insurance.
