I got the room I wanted, but I guess it was being held on the sea booking software.. Thankfully, I know as i sold cruises, so i knew it might just time out. Frustrated that I had to wait, wish maybe there was a still open not yet booked as in maybe it will timeout feature. Almost said no, I would prefer not to be lower than I was.

I have taken more than 25 cruises and have booked with many different cruise travel agencies over the years. In my opinion, CruiseDirect is the best. First of all, their customer service is outstanding. Whenever I have a question, I can easily reach an agent and always receive professional, friendly, and helpful assistance. Second, their prices are excellent. In my experience, they consistently offer some of the best cruise deals, often including valuable perks. Every time I book a cruise, I start my search on CruiseDirect. Most recently, I booked an MSC cruise through their platform, and once again, the experience was excellent. The knowledgeable and dedicated staff is the main reason I keep coming back. I am shure that all staff is wonderful but personally i spoke with three agents: Ryen Solvera, Ivy Ruth and Chesley.
