A very clunky, glitchy and technically horrible app and theme. I inherited this theme from a previous design person who just installed the theme and now I have paid for the Groth plan but will make the switch come the renewal time.
The support is slow and takes 2-3 days to reply, a very stingy allowance of 10 widgets and a contsant pitc to get you upgrade to a more expensive plan. The theme is just horrible to work and with and make edits, cannot wait to get out of this product, there is FAR better value than this product thats for sure.

My plan has been scheduled to cancel for 3 months now and I keep being charged money even though I have removed my payment method. Be warned stay away from these guys

No one from support answered for 6 days straight even though I messages every day and they keep getting rid of feature to go to a higher plan which is not good in my opinion.

I get confused by Shopify and Debutify and what widget does what (and where it is!) but i have an excellent technician who comes in and tidies everything up and gets it working so that the store runs really well. The theme does a lot of excellent things out the box and if there's an expert (Mirza) in control then the store will look and behave brilliantly.

My experience with Debutify has been very good. I had some issues, but they resolved them with care. They also allowed me to schedule a meeting with their team member, Mirza, which went really well. Mr. Mirza took the time to listen to my thoughts and tried to apply them during the live meeting. He went above and beyond to fulfill my needs. Thanks to the Debutify team!

I've encountered so many problems with theme, and getting a response from support takes forever. I’ve lost a whole week of sales since installing Debutify, with 0 revenue.
My store's speed also dropped from 79 to 26 after I installed Debutify theme.
I dedicated 2 full days trying to resolve these issues, all without proper help from support, resulting in lost sales. This has been one of the worst choices for my business.
I tried to uninstalled Debutify and reverted to my old theme, hoping to restore my speed.
Really hope they will fix their theme in the future, but I can't recommend it now based on my real experience.
