They still didn’t help me to get my submit button to where it would be highlighted and I could click on it to change my domain name on WP. It’s been 2 wks now and I still can’t click on my submit button. I read the reply and they did NOT fix the correct issue. (So, idk what they are talking about that they fixed!)

Very Challenging I wasted time and money now moving away to Wix
I paid $70 hoping for a smooth, professional website experience with EasyWP and Elementor. What I got instead was a slow, buggy, and frustrating mess.
EasyWP promised fast, managed WordPress hosting. In reality, I dealt with constant caching issues, SSL took me a full week to set up, and a dashboard that felt outdated and unintuitive. It was slow, and basic tasks like plugin updates or backups became time-consuming headaches.
Elementor, meanwhile, started off promising but quickly became a performance liability. Pages loaded slowly. I still needed third-party add-ons just to get basic features working. It felt like I was duct-taping my site together.
After wasting $70 and countless hours trying to make this stack work, I’ve decided to move to Wix—and the difference is immediate. The editor is clean, responsive, and actually works. No plugins, no hosting drama, no broken layouts. Just a stable, intuitive platform that lets me focus on content and design.

From the start, I faced issues with DNS settings and domain connection delays. Page load times were significantly slow, especially on mobile devices, which negatively impacted performance scores on tools like Lighthouse.
The email service (PrivateEmail) did not integrate smoothly, and I had to manually adjust complex settings to resolve sending and receiving issues.
I also noticed a serious drop in search engine crawling despite properly configuring SEO with Rank Math, which affected my site's visibility on Google News.
Google Ads scripts further slowed down page loading, and there was limited flexibility to optimize or control the ad code placement.
Technical support was underwhelming — slow responses and mostly generic answers.

I made the mistake of not setting up my account for automatic deductions for a monthly plan I am subscribed to. I missed the deadline and lost my website. The team at EasyWP was able to reply to me as I filed my request to restore my site (via live chat) and after I made the appropriate topup, they restored my site for me with minimal effort from my end. I'm an independent author. Recently I came across a site, hosted by EasyWP reselling my work without the right to do so, along with direct copy-pastes of my own sites. It's blatant copyright theft & fraud.
Despite contacting EasyWP (Namecheap) and notifying them of this (sixteen times to date) no action has ever been taken against this account. They prioritize shielding scammers over the people being scammed.
As a Namecheap customer for many years (not for much longer) this is disappointing to say the least.
If you want to do business with a decent company look elsewhere. If on the other hand you are looking for a host for your website reselling illegal content, EasyWP is highly recommended.
Edit: In response to the reply.

Namecheap emailed me shortly after posting this reply, confirming that they were in fact the host. I had already confirmed this both with Namecheap & Cloudflare.
