Very sturdy, great lid. Best non stick pan ever. I owned hexclad and was very disappointed, but Emura is actually bon stick. Very little oil snd and easy rinse to clean.

If you want to return your pan DO NOT LIFT THE TOP OF THE BOX UP AND LOOK INSIDE - inside packing can remain undisturbed and box lid reclosed - it does not mater they will not allow a return. Their return policy states you have 60 days to return Quote" d. You have changed your mind and want to return a product." Unquote, Step #3 Quote " re-pack your product safely and securely," Unquote. No where could I find a caution statement that if you lift the lid of the box, even though contents have not been disturbed, you are not eligible to return the pans. BASICALLY, NOTHING IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN UNDER THEIR GUIDELINES - WHICH YOU DO NOT KNOW UNTIL YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

These pans are the best I have had. It is thick, distributes heat very well and cooks everything as it should without sticking to the pan. I ordered two in 2023 and I am ordering two more, although the second pan is still in good shape. Best pans! Thanks.
