The Emura skillets are terrific for everyday cooking. However, I have had an issue with meat substitute sticking to the edge in the bottom and the pan. I was holding dinner & believe that is where the problem arose. For other uses the pans are a pleasure to use.

I am ordering the well-researched Emura pans with their lids in good faith that these pans are the best and safest for healthy cooking and for making the changes for healthy bodies as well. It would be more comfortable to feel secure using pans without traces of PFOA, Cadmium, lead, and other toxins. I ordered the pan on January 14, 2026. It was shipped on February 1, 2026, and arrived on February 9, 2026. There was no notificationof the shipping progress, and the tracking site provided little information.
However, the packaging was excellent.
The pan seems to be of very good quality.
I checked the temperature of the pan's cooking surface and found a very good ratioof center to edge temperatures.

We received our pan safely. The quality is outstanding. Will definitely use silicone utensils as recommended to never scratch coating. I used the pan to reheat leftovers and the melted cheese just flowed out! Very impressed.

On arrival i quickly noticed a 4 inch puncture in the card board box , however, there was no apparent damage to the pan. When cooking I also noticed that the cooking oil did not spread evenly which would indicate some curvature to the bottom of pan. I sauteed some diced potatoes for my first tesst and they came out the best ever. Please let me know if the curvature on the bottom of the pan is ok. Thank you.

Product arrived safely, on time and well-packaged. It's a joy to use, especially with the lid, which fits perfectly and creates a complete cooking environment, though it has a small hole for ventilation. With the lid on, it fries, steams, boils and probably bakes too. I use it much more often than my air-fryer, especially as it goes on the gas hob or an induction hotplate.
