Not okay!
We selected a ticket option that included a checked bag and seat selection. When I tried to select our seats I was told I would have to pay another 260. and would also have to pay to have bags checked. What? That was supposed to be incuded which is why I paid more for the tickets in the first place! I did not realize I was booking through this site when making reservation and understand now why it has so many negative reviews. Do not use!

Dear Magda or other eSky rep in Poland/UK: I am still waiting for a proper refund from my Booking no. 5164939596. I would respectfully request a full refund immediately be credited to my Capital One credit card. I have emailed dozens of times with your offshore customer service unit and been treated poorly. Like many others posting here, I would like to be done with this terribly unpleasant experience. UPDATED RESPONSE -- Margaret: eSky is offering me a grossly reduced refund of $122 for a ticket that cost $220, pocketing nearly $100 USD in so-called service fees. I canceled my ticket 34 minutes after the transaction. What service did eSky provide me, other than dozens of emails trying NOT to issue me a proper & fair refund?

This travel service is a scam
This travel service is a scam. They make you think you are booking directly with the airline and charge you exorbitant prices well above what the actual flight would cost by booking directly with the airline. Then afterward they are non responsive and impossible to get your money back. I canceled within ten minutes of booking and was told by them there is nothing they can do since my credit card was already charged.

AVOID at all cost
AVOID at all cost. Buy tickets directly. Do not use Esky.bg. They are known for , illigal practices. According to EU law, in case of flight cancelation, they have to return all ticket cost withing 7 days. They refuse to make full return stating they are entitle to some sketchy fees (illigal) and keep the money forever. You might not even get a refund.

Don't use this provider!
I used esky on coincidence, as they use the full name of the actual airline company in their website. When I noticed I tried to cancel de flights. This will always costs you around EUR 100 (even if you cancel within a few hours). Also they make up an amount of refund, as they change the refund amount daily. Additional they just communicated I have to wait 3-6 months!! before I will receive back my money. The blame it on the airline company, however their policy is to do refund within maximum 4 weeks. Never use Eksy!

eSky.ro is very bad website with huge comision, taking very big tax without providing any service, mine and my family flights have been cancelled twice and eSky still took the comision after requested to reimburse the flights tickets cost. I'm not recomandin to nobody to use eSky, is terrible, avoid this website.
