False advertising, scam

They falsely advertise accommodation on their website with the most premium room pictures and only when you arrive at the hotel you discover that they have completely mislead you with false advertising as the hotel room you end up getting will look like nothing like the pictures. They also take 0 responsibility for this which is just simply illegal. How is such a scam company allowed to operate in Europe?

Not reputable company

Not reputable company. Hidden fees that you do not see unless you read the terms and conditions. Deceptive advertising. Impersonating as airlines on the web so you click on it by accident. Not even bargain on flights. They charged me 203.17 fee to cancel a 796.90 airline ticket that was cancelled 30 minutes after booking after I realized it was the wrong dates. Even tough you have the 24 hour window to cancel the flight with a full refund refund the will charge 25% of the price.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with eSky. I purchased FlyOne tickets through eSky for my family, including three children, for travel between Birmingham and Bucharest. In June, FlyOne cancelled all flights on the route. Since then, I have been informed that the refund process may take between 3 and 6 months. The total amount involved is approximately £1,600. Because no practical alternative was offered and I could not risk cancelling my family’s holiday, I was forced to spend a further £2,000 on replacement flights. What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency. FlyOne has not responded to my emails, and despite numerous requests, I have not been provided with clear evidence showing the progress of my refund. I continue to receive generic responses stating that eSky is waiting for the airline. As a customer, I find it unacceptable to be left without flights, without my money, and without a realistic timeframe for resolution. I expected much better support, especially after paying additional fees and purchasing through a travel agency rather than directly with the airline. I hope eSky will finally provide proper updates, transparency, and a faster resolution to this matter.

This is a scam. just go directly to the airline, these guys charge a 50 euros more for the same service the airlines provide... its bs and they steal your information so be careful...

I am surprised that Google flights list…

I am surprised that Google flights list them as a viable option... They processed my payment and only then telling me they will contact the airline to see if the ticket is available. What kind of business is that? Selling something you don't know if you have. My first and last time booking with them.

Booking was pretty easy

Booking was pretty easy. But we wanted to redeem a credit/refund, impossible to find and we could not get through to speak to someone and iChat was not helpful. We booked our flights, but still would like to redeem our credit. That would make our experience perfect!

E-sky is a scam

E-sky is a scam! Buyers Beware! I booked a Breeze flight through them in May and needed to cancel it. They would not refund my money as Breeze does when booking them them! Read their “fine print!” Awful customer service service too!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. When the war started, eSky contacted me and offered a full refund for my booking. I accepted their offer and provided all the requested information. However, it has now been 5 months, and I am still waiting for my refund. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same response: “We can’t do anything.” This is completely unacceptable. Promising a full refund and then leaving customers waiting for months without any resolution is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend eSky based on my experience.

Won't return all the money for cancelled flights

I booked return flights though eSky. The airline cancelled the flights. eSky finally returned some money after my bad trustpilot review. When they did they kept £188.38 for themselves. Let me say that again - the airline cancelled the flights and eSky only gave me back some of the money! Unbelievable.

Warning: Do Not Use eSky I had a terrible experience with eSky. I booked a flight to New Jersey through them on Spirit Airlines. After my booking, Spirit Airlines eventually ceased operations and stopped flying, which created major issues for travelers. When I contacted eSky for assistance and a refund, I was repeatedly given the runaround. Every time I called customer service, I was told that a refund was being processed, but it never happened. I have been trying to resolve this issue for over three months and still have not received my money back. The lack of communication, broken promises, and poor customer service have been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using eSky to book flights. NEVER book flights with eSky

A deceptive eSky.com website made me think I was ordering tickets direct from Advanced Airlines (with a tiny eSky logo in the corner--who knows what that means anyway). NEVER order tickets via eSky. There is no advantage, and tons of headache. I paid an extra $65 to purchase a "refundable ticket" which, due to medical issues, I tried to get a refund for, 2 months before the flight. HOWEVER, the so-called refundable ticket, which stated on their website "no additional documentation required--just a simple statement" was blatantly false. It was actually "travel insurance" from a foreign, Polish company, with no toll-free phone number, and extremely poor response times (AXA Partners). AXA also sent a 5-page claim application--despite the website saying "no additional documentation required"--blatant false advertising by eSky. eSky unprofessionally denied all responsibility for AXA's poor response--despite officially partnering with them--pretty lame. eSky customer service is also a joke--their primary employee training must be in how to "sincerely apologize" a million times--and placing you on hold to pretend they are "working on it"--all foreign agents. In order to process the travel insurance, AXA, after a 30-day period of "no action" at all, requested that I officially cancel the flight--fine--but eSky subsequently said they would charge me $35 extra to cancel the flight (what?--without refunding me anything--just an extra fee to cancel it). Alternatively, I had to await the flight dates passing and be officially recorded and reported as a no-show. After 3 months, AXA sent a partial refund (from Poland, of course) which also incurred a $17 international transfer fee--not their responsibility, of course. BUT why would a US company partner with a travel insurance that scrapes off additional transfer fees from a partial refund? In stark contrast, my two brothers who luckily booked directly through a US-run company, Advanced Airlines, yet did NOT even purchase refundable tickets were kindly granted full refunds within 24 hours after briefly explaining by email to Advanced Airlines customer service the medical situation. DO NOT book with eSky. I wasted so much time with this situation.

Offered me a refund in writing, then retracted it — avoid for airline bookings I booked a round-trip Contour Airlines flight through eSky (booking). On the day of travel I arrived at the airport on time, but neither the eSky nor the airline check-in system would generate a boarding pass, so I couldn’t clear security. I called eSky repeatedly for help and could not get anyone to resolve it in time, and I ended up missing the flight through no fault of my own. What happened next is why I’m writing this. eSky emailed me offering an approximate $445 refund and asked me to confirm within 3 hours. I accepted in writing. eSky then retracted the offer and, in a later email, admitted in writing that it had been “sent in error.” They now refuse any refund, claiming the ticket is non-refundable because the flight departed. The airline itself confirmed to me that my ticket was changeable and that I had contacted eSky more than an hour before departure — meaning eSky could have simply rebooked me on the next flight but didn’t, because they control the reservation as the third-party agent. I’ve also repeatedly asked eSky to cancel and refund my unused return flight, which hasn’t departed, and they won’t even respond to that request. Conflicting messages, a refund offered and then withdrawn, and no resolution. I’m now pursuing a chargeback and a DOT complaint. Be very careful booking flights through eSky. Reference 4317775981
