What reviewers say
AI generated
Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers found that the initial process of booking was often simple and straightforward, with some people noting the ability to access flight and hotel information easily. People also mentioned successfully securing desired flight combinations and finding options that were more competitive for checked baggage.
However, there are significant concerns regarding financial issues and service reliability for some consumers. Some reviewers reported being charged significantly higher costs than when booking directly, or facing hidden fees and being unable to secure promised refunds. A few other people also felt issues arose when trying to modify bookings or deal with non-responsive staff during problems.

Policies are very strict without exception and customer service LIES. Tried to cancel a trip and was told it was 45 Euros, then called airline and back to eSKY and it's actually 50Euros per person (we have 5 people). NOTE - they also KEEP all of the fees, you paid for a set or baggage, No.... they keep it. Even though that was a service not used/ rendered. Call center is in India. Says they call back, they don't.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are currently reviewing your notification. We will get back to you. Kind regards, Magda.
Finding tickets was easy and convenient. I didn't like that the original price increased significantly for no apparent reason. This somewhat marred my experience.

Hi, thank you for your feedback and valuable comments. We will keep them in mind as we continue to develop our service. Take care! Magda.
Google search showed WizzAir top of the results, didn't realise that it was a third party site who charged best part of £50 admin fee for the booking.

We would like to kindly clarify that our website is clearly marked with the eSky logo and includes all relevant information indicating that bookings are made through our platform, not directly with the airline. We operate as a booking intermediary, which is also clearly stated in our terms and conditions and throughout the booking process.
Terrible untrustworthy booking service. I booked with them, then tried to cancel 2 hours later because my travel partners needed a different flight. They denied the refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

Hi, the situation described is due to the airline's internal procedures. If you need help with any other issue, please write to us using the contact form: https://linktr.ee/eskycontact. Best regards, Magda
Absolutely worst booking experience. When I called the actual airline I initially tried to book through esky they told me to never do it again. My strongest recommendation to not use esky at all.

The AI assistants are quite hopeless. I kept getting hallucinatory emails. One such email declared that my flight had already left.
My itinerary included three flights the second of which was cancelled by the airline. eSky did nothing to resolve the matter and after the airlines had rebooked you on a different flight, eSky kept telling me that my original itinerary was good. I am still receiving emails giving me updates on the cancelled flight as if it were still good. When I would ask for clarification and to speak to a real person, the AI assistant put me in touch with another AI assistant claiming to be a real person. It was this supposed real person that sent me the email claiming that my flight had already left.
I had to speak directly with the airlines in order to understand what my real itinerary was.
The insurance that I had in case of flight cancellation that I bought through eSky was provided by a Polish company with who am I could not get in touch because they asked for an order number which didn’t exist.
And on and on ………..

I wish I could give 0 stars.
First, I tried cancelling the flight a few hours (maybe 6 hours or so) after purchasing. The reason because I found a cheaper flight by booking directly through the airlines. Customer service (which was extremely slow) told me the airlines has a non-refundable cancellation policy regardless of the time period that passed. They refused.
Days later, two days before my flight, I start receiving emails from Esky saying my flight was cancelled by the airlines and they will keep me updated.
I called the Airlines and the flight wasn’t cancelled. Also, they do give full refunds if cancellations are made within 24 hours.
Dishonest, disorganized, and created a stressful situation for me. I’m supposed to attend a family wedding and travel tomorrow. Now it’s too late to find another flight because costs of flights have doubled, seats are sold out, and I’ll miss the wedding that I have already spent money preparing for.

I thought I was on the Ryanair website until after I had booked and paid. Esky charged nearly £50 more than Ryanair and no ATOL guarantee.
There should be a cooling down period of at least 24 hours to cancel bookings made in error.

I am truly dissatisfied with how my complaint was handled. If there were a way to leave a zero-star review online, I would certainly do so to warn others before they use eSky's online services.
I cancelled my flight tickets just 15 minutes after purchasing them online through an eSky representative, as my husband's work schedule changed on that specific day. Given the nature of his job—where his work schedule can change at any moment—I had purchased cancellation insurance specifically to cover such instances when booking the tickets online. I received a response via email from the ticket agent shortly after they received our cancellation request. In their email, they stated that a deduction would be applied and that I would receive a refund of only 75%. I reluctantly accepted this at the time, even though I had purchased comprehensive insurance coverage for our trip specifically to cover schedule changes. I now believe this was a scam orchestrated by both eSky and their insurance partner, AXA. Due to my busy work schedule, I assumed that they had received my email and would resolve the matter in accordance with our agreement; I deeply regret not reading reviews from other customers who had experienced similar situations before purchasing my tickets. Had I known beforehand, I would have steered clear of eSky's ticketing services entirely. I attempted to contact them regarding our cancellation by calling the phone number listed on their website, but no one answered. It took nearly three months before I was finally able to reach them via online chat; I was then informed that since the flight had already taken place, I was ineligible for compensation, and that if I wished to pursue a claim, I would have to do so directly through the AXA insurance company website. I subsequently contacted AXA, only to receive an email response stating that the information I provided was insufficient to process my claim. Following the incident I experienced, I urge any customers purchasing tickets online through eSky—and utilizing AXA insurance services—to exercise extreme caution, as these companies will invent every possible excuse to avoid paying compensation. I have previously purchased tickets online via the JA website; they operate with great integrity and handle all matters very fairly. This serves as a cautionary tale for anyone preparing to use the services of eSky and AXA insurance.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the cancellation and insurance claim process did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that refund conditions and applicable deductions are determined by the fare rules and airline policies, while insurance claims are handled directly by the insurance provider in accordance with their procedures and documentation requirements. All cases are processed in line with the applicable terms and conditions. Best regards, Margaret
They don’t have real customer support or an easy-to-reach phone number. What they promise on their website is misleading. For example, they say things like “change passenger details for free,” but you still end up having to pay. This kind of trick is dishonest and unfair to customers. I would strongly recommend not using this service.

Hello! Thank you for your kind words. I am very pleased that you appreciate our service :) Best regards Magda
Please don't use this "service" to book a flight or any travel related service. They are gaming search exposure to appear as if they are somehow part of Google's flight rate comparison service. But they charge you a non-refundable service fee ($79) in my case all to have them book flights on dates i did not select and could not use. I caught the mistake within minutes, and had to scramble to work with the airline directly (at an additional cost of $110) to correct the incorrect booking, and when I contacted support (automated chat bots) they kept saying I had to request changes and refunds from the airline directly. This despite the fact that eSky does not send their "Service Fee" to the airline. They just keep it, whether or not they provided any service beyond access to the platform. Bad business model, shady non-refundable fees, and no ability to talk to a human for disputes. Avoid eSky like the plague!

Hello, like other travel booking platforms, we charge a service fee. This fee is listed and visible on the form before purchase. Before confirming the booking, you can check its details, including the departure time, and before paying for the booking, all the amounts that make up the total price.

BEWARE! eSky is an obvious scam site which emanates out of Poland. I booked a flight through eSky's website, could not make a change on their website, as a result cancelled the flight and even having purchased cancellation insurance, they refused to issue a credit. Now they continually invoice my credit card for other flights I didn't book. I've cancelled my credit card.

Scammy company. Won't refund an airline ticket even though US law requires refunds within 24 hours of purchase. They are based in Poland with a customer service staff apparently in India. Awful company.

Flights changed that do not concide by ESky when they claim it's the airline
I booked flights with ESky via a search engine, from Ancona to London Heathrow via Munich on Lufthansa. But when I visited the Lufthansa app for my boarding cards a few days before, I found that my first flight from Ancona to Munich had been changed so it actually took off after my second one! When I spoke to Lufthansa their representative told me ESky had changed this inexplicably (ESky had claimed it was Lufthansa that had done this). I contacted ESky and eventually (late the day before my flights) was given a new later first flight time out of Ancona. But I had to be in London earlier than this for a meeting. So I had to arrange new flights back to London, which cost me extra. I declined the delayed flights offered by ESky, and received a pop-up message saying ESky would contact the airline re a refund. I have heard nothing since. Dreadful customer service, changing flights that do not coincide, and no update re the refund. I suspect ESky do this regularly to reduce costs.
