Bought rims that were in stock and told they would be here by my appointment date, come to find out they were out of stock till August. By far the worse experience and will never buy from them again, there are plenty of websites that will value their customers.

When you placed the order, we submitted a request to have these wheels shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was out of stock and they would be unable to ship these until late July- early August. We do try to have inventory information updated on our website, but this was not the issue with your order. We do show that we cancelled the order and you were refunded. I have used their chat, and they have called me back to follow up. They have great customer service. I am very happy with everything. I used 3 of their gift cards and a credit card to finish the transaction with no issues. Had a text and email confirmation with order number in minutes.
