Day 1 Coverage for Shelter Pets!
Ease of submitting claims, timeliness of review, and auto deposit for payment! Also, I have to give Fetch credit for partnering with our local animal shelter and covering potential illnesses on day 1. My new kitten had the dreaded kitty cold and it was a bad one, I never would have thought twice about treatment but with Fetch in my pocket, I didn't have to worry about budgeting :)

5-star Customer Service
I just recently signed up for pet insurance for a new dog. Comparing companies, rates and coverages was very overwhelming. I called Fetch probably 5 or 6 times with questions. I always asked for Aileen and she was so, so patient with me. I never felt like she was irritated or got impatient and gave me important things to consider when choosing coverage. Aileen provided excellent customer service which helped make my decision to go with this company.

good experience
good experience. issue with website when trying to upload docs kept crashing and having to start over. what i would like to see is where they go after it shows uploaded because i had to do many times and showed went through then no where to be found under medical records. this would be only complaint as it caused delays

I have had a great experience with Fetch. I got insurance for my Cavapoo when she was a just a pup. She just turned four and for the 1st time she had a sick vet visit. Using Fetch was so easy. I just downloaded the vet invoices and I received the refunds within a week or so. I called today and spoke with Jennifer because my premium was going up significantly. It has nothing to do with having a claim but more on the age and other factors. She was very thorough in discussing different options. She was patient as I calculated my way through a decision. Definitely staying with Fetch. I can trust them. Very grateful for Jennifer today.
