Was a bit skeptical at first since it wasn’t long before an emergency happened and I had to submit a claim, and was THRILLED that it was not only an incredibly easy process - just “boop boop boop!” Upload the vet info and documents they’d given me and done; but when a few days later my claim was approved without any issues, my jaw literrrallly dropped on the floor with surprise and delight and disbelief. Like, an emergency with a beloved family member is stressful enough, and the incredible expense of emergency care only compounds that…it was an immense blessing that Fetch eased the financial stress, and in a way that was easy to navigate and quick. I know this is a long review - tbh I rarely ever do actual reviews. But in this case it’s warranted, and I’m genuinely grateful for the experience.

Absolute waste of money!
Absolute waste of money! I signed up when it was $35 a month. I haven’t touched it in 6 years and when I tried submitting a claim for an injury for my dogs ear they said because she has allergies it’s pre existing. I would have paid for 7 surgeries instead of paying into the terrible company. I have canceled my plan.

Was with Fetch for 8 years, I finally cancelled it cause it went up to $450 a month. When I first got the insurance it was $89. It’s insane how much it went up and that they actually expect people to pay that. I also didn’t get a refund when I cancelled my insurance a month prior. All around good pet insurance but over priced in the end.
