42% premium hike in 14 months. no claims in 3 years for a 3 year old mixed breed dog. they increase the premiums in stages and hope you don't notice. Don't be a sucker. Call them and complain then cancel. This is called "walking the premium. established customers get soaked and new customers pay less until the process is repeated. This is illegal for car and house insurance but the pet insurance industry isnt regulated. The worst part? they don't care! its data driven and they see increased revenue overall. Don't trust Fetch pet insurance!
