I got it in finally and was so excited I didn’t even look at the box! It was the wrong team and I had already opened it. I immediately emailed customer service and they were so quick and so understanding and helped me out right away. I appreciate that they didn’t waste my time or money and fixed the issue right away.

i pre ordered an item from the 2025 all start game in July 2025. It was to come in Dec 2025. I had to reach out to Foco and they said it was moved to May 2026. Wel ll it is June of 2026 and I still havent' received my ordered bobblehead. I still haven't received anything from the company letting me where my order is. They are impossible to get in contact with.
I bought my son the eagles stadium. When he started to build it he realized two pieces of the base were missing. I reached out to costumer service and Breanna was so helpful!!! I really appreciated the time she took to help me get the right pieces. So he is working on it now and is very excited to finish it. I also bought him the eagles football which he completed and he loves it. I’m very happy with the foco company! And will be buying more from them.
Purchased a Arsenal top on 17 may , still not arrived, i ordered other items the same day from USA amd China which ive received ,customer service os disgusting, not helpful as there is no direct customer service number or web chat furthermore extreme lack of communication , avoid at all costs!!!!
I received the wrong items. When I tried to contact the comlany there is no phone numberso the response and solution comes slowly. I sent picture of the wrong item and their next email requested the picture I had already sent. I would say poor customer service and poor order filling department. These were special gifts to my grandsons who are playing in their football champiionship. Unless this is handled quickly which I communicated to them, only one of my grandsons will have their gift. Being able to speak on the phone would have lleviated this issue with a quick response and solution.
Lousy store. I admit I placed a pre order item. However I expected the item to be delayed a month or 2. I placed this order on July 14,2025. Unacceptable at this point
Horrible customer service. Ordered a superbowl hello kitty in feb and it’s mid may right now and there is no update on it at all through email or anything. When mentioned to them about this issue on their instagram, They DELETE your comment rather than following up with you and your issues. HORRIBLE and possibly a SCAM!
Shame on me for continually giving FOCO my money. Every single thing I’ve ordered from them is either made with cheap material or breaks within a very short period. Don’t expect them to pay for return shipping when you purchase a defective item.

I waited nearly 3 months for this Raiders Hello Kitty and it was a huge disappointment. The quality is very poor and feels cheaply made. To make matters worse, customer service didn’t even apologize for the delay or the product quality. Completely unacceptable. I would not buy from this seller again or recommend them to anyone.

I have completed the st james park stadium also the Newcastle united team bus and was about to complete the Newcastle united football but was unable to do so as parts were missing. I contacted foco via e-mail and sent a list of missing parts. The foco team responded so quickly and could not apologise enough and reordered the missing parts. Like I say they were so quick and apologetic and plan to place another order for my grandson. Great products and excellent customer service highly recommended.
My son recently received an nfl themed thermos for his birthday. It was unfortunately bumped off the counter and the lid was damaged, the support team was incredibly responsive and went above & beyond to help make sure he gets to enjoy his bottle for a long time.
I made an order on the 26th March and paid for next day delivery but my order still hasn’t arrived! I haven’t had any information on the Shop app (which is there I was directed) regarding my order and have now made a formal complaint. Scam of a company, DO NOT USE!
